Beach and sea were way beyond expectations (clear water)

For the rest of our stay, everything was great. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming. We were supposed to check out on 19th, Jan after 12:00 pm. But at the last minute, I had a very uncomfortable experience. I was going to the last hotel to pick up my lost items and got a taxi in the lobby. After I got in the car, the driver just went back to the patio again. And one of the doormen named Juan asked me to talk to the concierge because he was worried that I was trying to escape and sneak out. I was shocked when I heard he wanted me to talk with the front desk to explain why I need to leave the hotel. I double-checked his concerns with him. He said, “yes, I was worried that you would not come back”. I was then quite furious because I haven’t checked out yet. Besides, my luggage was still in my room. I asked him to let the office talk with me in person. After a few minutes, he just closed the door for me without any explanation or apology. Our credit card is still on the profile and there is no need for an “escape from the hotel”. I never had a similar experience while I stayed in other Hyatt hotels. After I came back and reported to one of the staff working there. She only gave me a perfunctory apology. I was so disappointed with the attitude of these two associates today. This is not the kind of service I expect from Hyatt Zilara.

Customer service is really good. But restaurants are very limited and disappointing bcz only two restaurants are open for lunch :(

Best hotel in Cancun!

部屋からの眺めが圧巻で、スタッフの方々はすれ違うたびに笑顔で挨拶をしてくださいました。少し古いホテルにはなることとホテル自体が開放的なスタイルで建物内というわけではないので仕方ありませんが、ゴキブリが出た時はすぐに部屋の変更の対応をしてくれました。レストランビュッフェの種類の多さに感動し、ホテルステイで暇をしないようにスペイン語教室やブレスレットづくり、ビーチバレーなどさまざまなイベントが開催されていて楽しむことができました。

酒店準備裝修，一切都是老舊的，特別是晚上所有人都聚集在中間的大堂。比較吵鬧。但是海景是非常漂亮的，可以和夏威夷比美。餐廳的食物也非常好吃！

酒店位置好，位於坎昆L型島嶼的外側，有自家海灘，海灘對着外海。酒店生意興隆，餐廳人氣足。攜程服務貫穿整個住宿行程的始終，非常給力，要大大點贊。

房間不錯，全部面朝超加勒比海，一樓的還可以直接從陽台都游泳池。我們住在四樓，視野開闊，加勒比海海景一望無垠。 酒店全包，吃喝玩樂都有，晚上有各種秀，還算精彩的。 這酒店已經是周邊附近最好的酒店，性價比很高。

酒店位置不錯，步行去7字頭上的酒吧街30分鐘，步行去另一邊的購物城15分鐘，環境一流，私人沙灘無敵海景，而且陽台都正朝大海，服務人員熱情，不過餐廳比較少，吃來吃去就那幾間，酒店保養還可以，但確實年代比較老，房間大但設施一般，大堂每晚都有節目表演，另友情提醒下海一定一定一定塗滿厚厚防曬霜，不然你會很慘，加勒比的日光加海水會讓人皮開肉綻，酒店大堂有旅行社可以諮詢其他行程，整體而言酒店還是不錯的，性價比一流

メキシコは治安が悪いと聞いていて少し怖かったのですがここのホテルに着いてからスタッフやホテルに泊まってる人達すごい優しくて安心でした。またカンクンに来たいです。(生のサーモンは食べない方がいいかも)

房間雖然説不是很新，但是夠大，陽枱面朝大海，遺憾的是我們的陽台剛好被面前游泳池的頂遮住了。全包酒店的餐廳品味和每個餐廳的美味食材必須點贊！我們本來打算度假酒店裡還是想節食的人最後把所有的顧慮通通拋棄，開始了沒有節制的大吃大喝，還有咖啡甜品店也是每日必到。真是出乎我的意料。這個全包是值得的。

非常好的全包度假酒店，可以把它想象成一個陸地上的不移動郵輪。酒店地理位置優越，服務一流，雖然設備老舊一些，但整體衞生整潔。酒店幾個不同風格餐廳菜品豐富，酒吧各類飲料齊全，非常適合成人在此度假。

房間比較舊，我們定的海景套房正好被餐廳擋住了海岸線，很無奈，沒空房可以換……吃的菜飯也和兩年前的沒啥區別
