The location of the hotel is great — not too far from downtown. It’s walkable, but driving is definitely faster. The place is clean, and the service is excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The hotel’s restaurant-bar serves delicious food at reasonable prices. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Located near the town area, within 5-8mins walk. There’s a hot tub and sauna for guests. Highly recommended

location is quite far from town proper. hot tub is too small, and nothing great about it. room is quite bigger though, but nothing much about it.

Very nice staffs with good recommendations of foods and site seeing around. Hot tub is small but still nice. Breakfast choice from the restaurant is limited.

匆忙住了一晚上，很乾凈，備品齊全，還有一個bar和hot tub，整體氛圍舒服，下次有機會還會再住的。

景觀一流，前台服務高效，有禮貌，隔音效果不好

酒店位於班芙公園的東邊，距離班芙小鎮大約24公里。是在班芙公園的外邊，需要進出班芙公園，有公園年票更方便哈。酒店房間較大，有咖啡和飲用水，前台有微波爐。

酒店Parking係先到先得嘅，酒店範圍都算大，車位都有好多！酒店採用Self check in & check out嘅，成個check in process都係自己用網站整，然後入住當日會收到酒店send黎嘅passcode直接入住酒店，完全唔需要接觸酒店職員/排隊等入住，非常適合i人😂 整體房間都好乾淨，而且都好大間！

房間大且新，隔音效果不錯，酒店的工作人員熱情友善，並能提供各種出行訊息和日常幫助。儘管住了好多天，但每次看到窗外美景，都依舊會被驚歎到。 坎莫爾整個規劃相對更寬鬆舒適，酒店出門就能上高速，去市中心和周邊購物、吃飯都很方便，沒有班夫小鎮那麼喧囂與擁擠，非常值得推薦！

前台印度人愛理不理，不會主動打招呼！態度不理想。整個酒店很暗，很壓抑！酒店房間的佈局很不合理，卧室非常的小！衞生環境不咋地！廁所淋浴房噁心到我了，下水處都是頭髮導致堵塞！第二天發現兩支新的潔面乳沒帶走，聯繫攜程與酒店溝通，居然説沒有！垃圾酒店
