Hotel is very worn out, the lobby is the only good impression, but that is all. The rooms are needing update , headboard was disgusting, and the carpets in the hallway were stained , very dirty. The Buffett was a disgrace, everything was watered dow, the scrambled eggs, orange juice. Not a very big selection. Wait Staff did not show any sign of friendliness....

Old style rooms, not enough electrical sockets. Suitcases are delivered to room by bellboy. Having no change at all i offered 1 dirham i found as tip, he got angry and said he doesn't bother only for dollars. But later he was nice polite and cooperative. Bath very high and cumbersome quite dangerous entry and exit, shower splatters all over the place and THERE'S NO HANDLE TO GRIP FOR STABILITY! We had supper as a group, not so tasty and definitely not morrocan. One of our couple friends complained the room was dirty, another that the towels were wet. In 2022 in a country trying to encourage tourism, i would expect better.

On entering the tiny room we were hit by the overpowering stench of "old and stuffy". Opening the windows did nothing. There were clumps if hair on the carpet and a needle 😡The remote control for the tv didn't work, there were toiletries for one person not two. It took 3 hours to get more and no one came to fix the remote. The concierge hung up on when I asked for help even though I spoke in French😡I went to reception to complain and was told the hotel was full. The evening meal was sparse, unappetising and extremely annoying that we were asked to pay extra for water. This hotel definitely needs to be overlooked by tourists and in NO way deserves one star let alone 5!! Don't stay stay here is my advice .

Huge disappointment! To say the hotel is shabby would be an understatement! Of the 4 elevators only one was functional. And no effort was being made to fix any of the broken ones. It didn’t help that there were hundred of soccer players staying there soo waiting for an elevator was a challenge. The rooms and bathrooms were sub-par. I The front desk staff were not overly helpful or interested. The breakfast foods were either gone by 9:30 or completely inedible. They ignored you when you brought it to their attention. We made a huge mistake eating dinner at the buffet one night again mostly inedible dried out food. The staff in Haman were lovely as were the doormen. But you do not want to stay here!

2 terrible things in Farah Hotel: A- only 1 if 4 elevators working. 3 elevators are out of duty. I feel unsafe to take the elevator... B- Breakfast experience is the worst of the hotels which I visited during the last 20 years. The breakfast does not correspond to any 5 star hotel. The breakfast start at 06h30 but no food at 06h30. The complete staff will arrive after 07h30 or 08h00. They would take their breakfast 1st , then serve customers. This is a scandal !!!!!

I was forced to pay a deposit even though the payment was arraigned and booked by a third party. On leaving the hotel I was promised that my deposit would be returned with in 24 hours, after many calls to the responsible parties even having the phone put down in my ear at one point, I was told that it would now take up to 15 days to reflect in my account up to now nothing has been deposited back into my bank account. I have once again sent emails requesting feedback three days back Monday 15 May 2023 and another one this morning which are now been ignored by the below parties: ABDELFETTAH.FILALI@Farahcasablanca.com, NAJIB.ERRAISS@Farahcasablanca.com and OMAR.LHASNAOUI@farahcasablanca.com . I in my personal capacity will never stay in any of the Fara group hotels ever again due to the above issues which have still not been resolved.

It’s enough to say terrible but to provide more information I can say that the room are very standard and my room was not provided with a safe; internet connection was more than poor, it happened during my stay that the elevator were not working for a while; the breakfast was inadequate and you had to around to search for forks and spoons to put food on your dishes, some did it using those they had used to eat; the restaurant showed a menu but not all dishes were available.

I was travelling from the UK landing in Casablanca at 21.15. I knew by the time I went through customs etc. it would be around 10pm and had a business meeting early the following morning. I wrote and email to the hotel requesting transfer from the airport to the hotel which was confirmed in writing with the agreed price When I landed there was no one from the hotel, when I rang the hotel they wasted about 10minutes passing me from one area to another and eventually advised that there was no transfer available. I had to go back in the terminal, exchange some money and managed to get to the hotel in a taxi When OI arrived there was no apology nothing!!! To top it off when I went for the breakfast the following morning the the fried eggs were hard from being left on the griddle and the food was ver limited I DEFINATLY WOULD NOT RATE THIS A FIVE STAR HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience - AVOID!!! Reception staff is rude, they don’t speak an appropriate level of English and they just lie to try to make you happy. It took me 4 hours to get a bottle opener in my room and I was charged 7 euros for that. The hotel restaurant only accepts cash (without informing you until you sit at the table) and alcohol is not served anywhere in the hotel (this information is not provided anywhere during the booking process) Rooms are extremely old and dirty, when I got there after a quite long trip, ai was initially assigned with an unmade room, it took me more than 30 minutes to get settled. Only positive note is the availability and politeness of the concierge that has been super helpful.

If you stay at this hotel you have to bring your slippers, there are no paper slippers. I ask them for any paper slippers, they sad that we have out of stock. I stay there 3 days with my shose. I dont want to stay here again.

Je viens vous raconter ce qui met arriver aujourd'hui à l'hôtel Farah pour un déjeuner en famille nous étions 4 personnes ne somme arrivé à temps, et nous étions surpris qu'il y ait plus rien au buffet, j'ai pris un chemin pour demander à une personne du staff et ce qu'ils vont apporter du sushi les sushis et klk plats qui étaient vvidesla surprise c'est que lla personneme dit tout ccourtil en a plus OK cçamarche pas de problème on fait avec les moyens de bord, puis je remarque un system de favoritisme des servers et des personnes de la cuisine qui viennent toujours voir la même table et lorsque ja demandé un tajine il m'a fait attention 30 min puis il m'amène un tajine que j'ai pas demandé comme quoi ce que j'ai demandé il en a plus. Avec un prix de 330 dh par per c'est la plus mauvaise expérience que j'ai jamais vécu.
