The open floor plan offers an eat-in kitchen as well as an additional dining area for a total of 10+ guests. It is 30 feet away and we have excellent outdoor lighting on timers and both doors use electronic keypads for easy nighttime access. Though the a-frame and treehouse together can accommodate 6 people for sleeping, we do not recommend bringing parties of greater than 4 adults, due to the small floor plan and limited indoor seating of the a-frame which is a tiny home. 🐶. We are a dog friendly property with a max of 3 dogs. Please specify the amount of dogs at the time of reservation and we will send a request for the $100 pet fee through the VRBO platform. For the sake of our other guests we ask that all pets remain off the furniture and bedding at all times. 🐾 Dogs must be kenneled when the owner is not present. 🐾Guest accessFeel free to enjoy all of our 10 acres. The upstairs bedroom has gorgeous views of the Sturgeon River and large back yard and has vaulted ceilings.Outside Details: Outside, between the home and the river, is a nice lawn to run around on with your dog and a beautiful paver patio with stone bonfire pit overlooking the river. The cabin is well lit at night while you’re enjoying the late night bonfires at the river. On the big timber cedar deck overlooking the Sturgeon River is a nice outdoor table and chairs with umbrella for relaxing and a staircase that goes down to the lawn going to the river and the bonfire patio/pit. In the front of the home is a smaller lawn and driveway as well as another vacant lot for extra parking space for your extra vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. Also in the front is paver patio with a cedar log pergola, picnic table, and gas grill just off of the indoor dining area.Extra Features: The finished lower level has a custom-built cedar sauna, a 46" screen TV set up to play Wii, and a foosball table! This property also has one other cabin and a house that we rent as well. Inside we offer WIFI and direct TV for all guests! Fresh beds and a clean cabin is what you should expect. Bathrooms come stocked with towls, rags, and complentary soaps if needed. The kitchen includes a variety of cooking utensil, pots, pans, coffee pot, microwave, etc. In the living you you can watch TV or start the gas fireplace to fill time.
