This rustic 1 bedroom wood frame cabin sits on a large property of over 230 wooded acres with plenty of logging roads to hike. The spring-fed pond has a dock and can be used for canoeing, swimming, and catching rainbow trout and large mouth bass!The Cabin has a screened-in porch with bench seating and dining overlooking the pond. Cabin 1 includes a bunk room with a set of bunk beds and a poster queen size bed in the living room with a pull-out sleeping sofa. The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet and sink. Rental includes all the necessary bedding and towels. The living room is open to the kitchen which is equipped with stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker with adjacent dining table with banquette seating. There is an air conditioner in the living area which keeps the whole cabin comfortable on the rare occasion when this is needed. Relax on the rustic shade cooled screened-in porch with beautiful views of the pond and the distant hills. A gas grill is available for your barbecues, common fire pit for campfires. The outdoor area also includes acres and acres of cleared land, a view of a pond with a fountain, a large deck with an outdoor couch and an outdoor dinning table. The lot contains a crab apple tree along with the beautiful views, a hammock, and peace!On the inside of the house you will walk into a completely wood built cabin containing a loft area that is accessed by a spiral staircase. The loft area was hand designed to be a peaceful getaway. Which we have to say, is the best part of the cabin!! The inside also contains a propane stove which will heat the entire home on its own, a fully functional bathroom, washer and dryer, kitchen, a fold out bed, and a large comfortable couch in the main living room.
