Our home away from home in Northern Michigan is 15 miles west of Gaylord and is centrally situated to several great destinations for the entire family to enjoy. Located on a private and quiet double lot, its secluded location offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cabin has 4 bedrooms plus an overflow loft (sleeps 9 people, maximum guests is 12), along with two full bathrooms. The kitchen is completely stocked to cook for an army if you’d like, along with a full size washer and dryer. After a long day of adventuring, enjoy the sauna and indoor hot tub, or warm up next to the fireplace. Outside there is plenty of space to park your trailers, plus a nice fire pit with plenty of wood to cook s’mores (cooking sticks provided). If you want to do a little shopping or dining, the Alpine Village of Gaylord is just a quick 15 minute drive and offers several great local restaurants. If you care to venture out a bit further, the cabin is centrally located, allowing you to easily make a day trip to some of the best resort towns in the state (Mackinac Island - 70 miles, Petoskey - 50 miles, Traverse City -50 miles).Looking for a home base for snowmobile or ATV riding? The cabin's proximity to Trail 4 makes it an ideal base for snowmobile or ATV enthusiasts, granting access to some of Northern Michigan's finest riding trails.
