There is an additional firepit with 6 camping chairs on the lake lot. Plenty of room to play games, secure boats on the dock, swim on the sandy bottom or just lay in the sun.Can you park at the lake lot? Yes, either on the road or on the lot. How is the parking at the house? There is a long circular driveway making it easy to navigate snowmobile, ATV and boat trailers. There is room for several vehicles. Does the home have air conditioning. No. However, the home stays comfortably cool because of the tall shade trees. How is the lake lot bordered? It has a seawall that runs the entire length of the lake front and into the canal. There is a dock you can walk onto and separate steps to walk into the water. Or for a little more excitement the Wild Winds is only 7-8 Miles from world class golfing, shopping, restaurants and other sporting lakes. If you like to take short day trips you could go to Petoskey to see beautiful Lake Michigan, or spend your day at Mackinac Island.“Junior’ cabin has 2 all-season bedrooms and a 3-season back bedroom and sleeps 7-11, and it has a fireplace! Our other vacation cabin is calle “Honeymoon” (VRBO 298533) The log homes are right on Wequas Lake, and our beautiful private lake is just a short walk into the woods.Both homes come equipped with satellite TV, washer, dryer, full kitchen and 1 bath. A beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Chalet sits in a peaceful secluded neighborhood in the highly regarded Michaywe community. The house is newly decorated and ready to welcome you and your family. The location is also just 15 minutes out of downtown Gaylord and close to many attractions all year round.The spaceThis Chalet it sits on top of a hill, in a neighborhood that provides a secluded feeling, but close enough to your neighbors. The house has a two car garage and a full wrap around deck. As you enter the property using the smart lock on the front door, you will see the high cathedral ceilings and large windows. There is a roomy sectional sofa and a 75 inch TV on the main floor. On the right of the sectional is also a gas fireplace for those cold nights.Past the sofa, you will enter a fully equipped Kitchen and dining area. Right behind the dining table is a sliding glass door that leads to the wrap around deck, with patio furniture and a gas grill. The front of the house there is also a firepit. There is also additional parking for large vehicles or trailers on the property.Back inside on the main floor there is a bedroom with a Queen bed, and another room with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds with both having room darkening shades. On the upstairs floor is the master, which features a King bed with high vaulted ceilings, with a master bath attached, with a large tub.
