Vienna Hotel (Chaozhou Chaoshan High-speed ​​Railway Station) recensioner

We recently stayed at your hotel and utilized the shuttle service on 14 April 2025 about 11 to 11.30am. Unfortunately, We must share my disappointment with the experience, particularly regarding the shuttle service to the railway station. We encountered the driver who displayed evident unhappiness and rudeness throughout the journey. The driver shouted at us without any apparent reason when we were unloading our luggage from the rear boot. This behavior was unwarranted and significantly detracted from our overall experience. Similarly, my sisters experienced a similarly unpleasant shuttle service to the airport later that day at 1 pm, also with the same driver. This consistent poor service indicates a concerning pattern that needs to be addressed promptly. We believe it is essential for your hotel to ensure that shuttle services are provided by courteous and professional drivers, regardless of their mood. Guests should feel safe, respected, and comfortable during their transit to and from your establishment. We kindly request that you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve the shuttle service. Providing transportation services when drivers are visibly unhappy is not conducive to a positive guest experience. I hope to see significant improvements in the shuttle service for my future trips to Chaozhou.

Very good free pick up service from and to the high speed train station. Not much eatery nearby though the hotel has its own restaurant. The room is bright and spacious though we had a free upggrade. The bed is very comfortable. Carpet is a bit stained but overall cleanliness is good. There was a big group of students staying .They were making a lot of noise and we had 3 prank calls mid night disrupting our sleep. I had to take the phone off the hook.

AC in the room not working, it's centralised AC. I asked front desk to solve this issue. They couldn't. Otherwise everything is ok.

I took off the stars for cleanliness, because they smoke absolutely everywhere in the hotel, and everything smelled of cigarette smoke. The rest of the hotel was clean. The girls at the reception are very smart, they were able to serve us without knowing English. We were disappointed with breakfast without coffee, and there was very little fruit (it feels like they are laid out at 7 in the morning, and those who come at 9 get nothing). But there was some European food. The hotel itself is presentable and is in demand among locals for celebrations.
