Stayed here and booked a small room but was upgraded to a large room. The room was very clean. Convenient to travel to the train station. The staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Super convenient location, right next to the chengdu south station. The room smelt like cigarette smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room. It was for 1 night so I was able to put up with it. Room needs a touch up, considering it is rated 4 diamonds, the bathroom toilet roll holder was broken so the toilet roll sat on the top of the toilet.

It is located just a short walk from Chengdu South Station, and there is no need to worry about having food around. The room was spacious and clean, warm even in the middle of winter, and everything was perfect. Thanks for making my stay so comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Good choice to stay here, a short stroll to catch the train. Clean, comfortable room to shower and rest for the evening. The room has cigarette smells despite us requesting for a non-smoking room though they did say they tried to air the place before we arrived. Good effort, but outcome was still a room with smoke smells.
If trip.com could somehow have a function to preregister us and we can show front desk we have been assigned Room xxxx that would make checkin seamless As it were, we had to produce passports for registration upon checkin, with our limited Mandarin we had to figure out what was requested.
Nevertheless, we would recommend this place and would stay again for the convenience.

Great location next to railway station, with amazing luggage storage options and rooms. If facing the station, can be a little noisy with late-night traffic

This hotel is very close to the South Railway station and metro. Very convenient to travel to Tianfu Square and Tianfu International Airport. The room I stayed is spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

My stay was very good. The hotel is in a good location close to the train and metro which is great! There is a mall around the corner when you just want to hang out close to your hotel it is great. The only problem which is technically not the problem of the hotel that people outside hassle you a lot for taxi, hotel stays etc. Other than that everything was good!!
