The breakfast is excellent with wide variety of the choices, including but not limited to dim sum, Japanese cold noodles, fresh fruits. I like the panda coffee very much. The service of the restaurant is excellent too.
The room is tidy and spacious.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic view. It was a comfortable and relaxing space that made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Everything was excellent and made for a forgettable experience! The staffs are friendly and hospitable. Especially Ms. Lucia Xiang made our stay even more wonderful with her smooth communication from check-in and throughout our stay. The location is also great and I would stay at the Ritz Carlton again when I come back to Chengdu!

The location is great,it's within walking distance from the hotel to Tianfu Square and the metro station. The breakfast quality was good, and the staff were kind and provided excellent service. Rachel and Belinda were particularly helpful.
I’m just wondering, do 5-star hotels here not provide a welcome drink?

I recently had a pleasant stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, and I would like to commend your team for the excellent service provided throughout. Requests for additional drinking water and coffee were promptly fulfilled, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. I also appreciate the high-floor upgrade as a Bonvoy member.
However, I would like to offer a suggestion regarding the after check-out service. Upon reaching the airport, we realized that we had left a handbag in our room. When we called the hotel, we were informed that the bag would be brought to the lobby for collection. While we appreciate the swift response, it would have been much more convenient if the hotel offered a paid service to have forgotten items delivered to the airport.
Given The Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences, I believe such a service would greatly benefit future guests who may find themselves in similar situations. I hope you will consider this as an enhancement to your already outstanding hospitality.

Was excellent from start to end. Everything was perfect, now you can call that a 5 stars hotel ! The client service was top tier, thanks to everyone, Damon and Rachel who were so kind, professional and efficient. This one was by far the best comparing to all the hotels that I have stayed at. ( around the world) experience was so good that I extended my stay. Definitely recommend it.

Very huge room and the service is top tier. The toiletries are dyptique 😍😍. I ask about send my suitcases to other city. And they manage to send them very well. Just drop all the things at concierge. I am a very happy customer.
