It was a good stay and comfy. Apart from reaching my room which was quite a distance because of how the hotel is built, everything was perfect. Very near to 7-11 and good for pickup for tours if you booked one. Also near massage parlors. And about 15mins walking distance to Sunday walking market.

Clean, spacious room with a good air conditioner and a comfortable (firm) bed. The room had a wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror. Extra pillows were provided upon request and we were able to check in a bit early at no additional cost. Location is right on the border of the Old City, very close to a 7-11 and a night street food market.

During my stay, I reported a missing item that I believed had been lost in my room. However, when I sought assistance from your staff, they did not listen to my explanation or take my concern seriously. Instead, they dismissed the matter and implied that the item had not been lost at the hotel. This lack of attention to my issue was both frustrating and disappointing. As a guest, I expected more respect and support in handling such concerns. I kindly ask that you review this matter and ensure that future guests’ concerns are taken seriously and handled professionally.

A spacious room with all the basic amenities provided, nothing to complain about the service and the location.

For a budget hotel, it's not too shabby, but the Wi-Fi connection leaves much to be desired.

The hotel is decent and in an excellent location, but it feels a bit dated. It's conveniently within walking distance to the street food market.

We had a very comfortable stay, everything went smoothly: check in, check out. Clean room and close to any activities in the old town. Thank you

Fair and enough space

The previous reviews about the paper thin walls are true. The location is excellent though. It’s all right for the price you pay. Clean and it’s perfect for a couple of nights.

Hotel has a nice location. The beds are comfortable. Only problem is that you can hear the other rooms as the walls might be too thin.

Close to a small night market, easy to get food. Room is big alot space, bed is comfortable, only wish the lights can be brighter, and the bathroom light need to fix. But for the price, i think it's a good choice to stay for just sleeping.

This hotel is very comfortable to stay in the main city of Chiangmai where is near ChangPheuk Gate. The room is big and clean. The staffs are so nice and friendly. I’m sure to stay there again 👍
