Grand Aston Puncak Hotel & Resort recensioner

The hotel is new, clean and modern. The scenery was beautiful. There are couple of restaurant nearby.

Modern organized and good location hotel. Furthermore good service and security, have beautiful mountain views The room clean tidy and comfortable bed, Good breakfast varying for options tastes, the staff friendly and good service from SEPTI andLARAS.

Modern and stylish hotel! The room is spacious and clean. The rooftop breakfast is amazing with spectacular view. Perfect experience. Only drawback: the water pressure is too low.

Short trip here, nice breakfast experience. Parking need to be improved, thus they compensate with free valet parking

Chose this hotel because it’s close to a birthday event that we had to attend to. The service was great, everybody was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is new so building is nice and good. The bedroom was just okay. Bed was nice. Bathroom was surprisingly too small, and they only provided 1 mat and 1 sink towel, apart from big towels. Water in the sink was going down a bit slow. Toilet flush also was not strong enough, must press a few times. Hotel facility was good. There was a gym and an area to exercise (walk) with view to enjoy. Breakfast was quite a variety.

1)Little bit slow service especially for check in. Regulation check in at 02.00 but room ready at 03.00 2)the smells of room very very not good, something fishy in that room

Good Location. If there are indoor parking for motorcycle would be better

I had a pleasant one night stay at Grand Aston Puncak. The hospitality is no doubt one of the best, the hotel is new and very clean. Love the location since the weather is cooling and it is located near bumi aki restaurant and other famous cafes in Puncak. Breakfast was great but limited variety. Highly recommended if you want to have short night stay.

The hotel was good but the F&B was not up to the par of a 5 star hotel.

I had my room on higher floor with Mount Pangrango view. It’s excellent!! thanks 😉
