The hotel is hygienic and staff are nice. It’s not really close to the train station, but close to the light train station

An overnight stay at the beginning of our trip around Europe. Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, clean and good location. The air con was particularly welcome given the temperatures were in the mid 30s.

Nice clean hotel near shopping center, the metro line. and many restaurants. Staff friendly, speak English and very helpful to accommodate our needs- Harlen. We will explore the city, we are walking distance to the Lindt chocolate museum, museum Ludwig and Cologne Cathedral.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast, The staff are so welcoming and helpful particularly Elvis and Zahin. Thank you for a great stay. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Really rated this hotel :) It was very clean and the room spacious and comfy. Shower was powerful. Wifi strong. I would request a room higher up as the road can be noisy. Breakfast had plenty to choose from but nothing for gluten free. All in all an excellent hotel!!!

Great hotel, Staff were very helpful and polite. We’re able to use the hotel parking (20€ p/day). Which is much cheaper than alternative parkings. Location is absolutely amazing. City center, the Dom and chocolate museum all within 10min walk. The rooms were clean and quiet.

One of the nicest hotels I´ve ever stayed at. The location was perfect for a short stop as we had ( it would have been perfect for a longer stay as well), very near to the highlights and must see´s and must do´s in Cologne/Köln. The rooms are very comfy and have all the amenities you need. Coffee machine, water boiler, fridge with a small freezer (icecubes) and a TV set if you need to lie down after climbing the stairs at the Kölner Dom.. Eve though these things where at the top they where beaten by the staff in the reception, Lisa, wow you where more than great, fantastic is a small adjective, you know what you did and it´s much appreciated. Zaheer, I might have got the spelling wrong, You´ve gone beyond what one can expect from an employee as a guest at your hotel. We´ve stayed at high end hotels around the world and your welcoming was at very much the same level. Again, Thank you so much for your sevices, hoping to see you again.

Brand new hotel, well located in Koln center . Rooms are clean and cute. However single rooms are really tiny and air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Meaning that it was very hot in the room. No breakfast available and no parking. Friendly staff.
