With regards to the payment at the entrance, prior to accessing the premises is a consequence of the numerous complaints we faced, from guests such as yourself, who come to have a good time, and were disturbed by the number of people coming to the hotel to take "selfies". We therefore came up with the solution of asking guests to pay at the entrance, where they are then given a voucher equivalent to the amount they pay, and the full amount is given to them as a credit in the hotel restaurants.
