Great and convenient stay at Hilton Danang, close to the downtown spots while also being in a quiet area next to the river. It matched my expectations and what I was looking for staying there.

+ 1. Great location, if you’re looking for a hotel not near the beach. 2. The service is AMAZING. Very comfortable and smooth check in and check out. Everyone was very friendly and nice. 3. The room is big, spacious and clean,with all the necessary amenities. 4. Great breakfast, with a lot of varieties. Cons: (I would like to say, that these cons are if I’m being super picky, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel). I wouldn’t recommend their “seafood bbq”. There was not much seafood, but for the price, I can’t complaint too much. I struggled with elevators. The key seems to not always work. 9,5/10 Overall great stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel with bathtub. The location near the riverside can walk along the street and also cafe hopping.

Nice and clean hotel, good aircon for us to hide from the heat in the afternoon. We reach early and the staff is friendly and helpful, go that extra mile to help us to prepare the room for an early check in! Located walking distance to Han market if lazy to walk can grab too!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the assistance from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. The location is very convenient, being close to popular eateries like Madame Lan, Luk Lak, and Korea street, as well as various spas. However, I was disappointed with the room. The TV was small, not a smart TV, and had very few international channels, with unclear pictures on every channel. The toilet arrangement was inconvenient with nowhere to hang the hand towel, and the door blocked the basin when opened. The bedside table had several scratches, and although I requested a hard pillow, I was only provided with a soft one. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear vehicles, especially motorbikes, from my room. Additionally, the hotel reused a stained and folded paper card as our room key, which felt unprofessional. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage.

It’s a nice, clean hotel at a convenient location. My wife and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good spread of variety. Will stay at Da Nang Hilton again.

Amazing hotel. Full 5-star! Very professional and attentive staff - from maids to receptionists. Our room was awesome. We extended the room 3 times and finally spent all our vacation with this hotel. It was super affordable and cozy for us. Thank you 🙏🏻

Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, facing the Han river and close to every tour destinations in town and the drinking and eating facilities are close by. We got the free upgrade when checked in and it’s a pleasure surprise. The hotel staffs speak good English and all professional and friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone visits Danang.
