Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton - Highway 90

Nice staff nice place they have all the amenities that you need. It’s a new facility easy to get around. Everything works. I don’t know what else to say about this hotel but TripAdvisor makes you go 200 words. It’s a good hotel. It’s a Holiday Inn express it’s a good one.

With the exception of the street noise from the police cars blaring through the town in the wee hours of the morning ( like they really needed to warn others to get out of their way at that time of morning) We have stayed in this little town before and have never ever heard this before. Every squad car and emergency vehicle on the night shift must have been in a line squealing down the street. This hotel is beautiful, clean, friendly, They don’t have a large selection for breakfast but it was good and warm , good coffee and very clean and replenished frequently. The bathrooms are basic but very nice. We asked for the walk in shower. We had to call the desk to enquire about some clothes that we thought we left in the closet… There was no answer but within five minutes the front desk actually called us back and asked us if we needed help and they had our clothes and stowed them away for us to retrieve… Very pleased with their manners and customer assistance… We will stay here again.

We arrived at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton much later than we'd anticipated after an incredibly long day in the middle of a long road trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and just what we needed, but the thing that really stood out was how helpful Courtney at the front desk was getting us checked in quickly, and just as importantly, making us feel welcome in our exhausted state. We've stayed in other HI Express locations as well as several competing chains in our travels lately, and often the customer service is disappointing to say the least. Thanks so much to this location and Courtney in particular for one of the nicer stays we've had and a much-needed night of rest!
