Very good facilities and direct access to the beach! Loved how big and spacious the room was ! Had a very nice relaxing holiday. Breakfast was good too! Only down side was how hard it was to get a Grab to come into the hotel.. otherwise, there was buggy and hourly shuttle to other hotels like hard rock and anantara :) will definitely be back!!

Been to Desaru Coast numerous times. Westin hotel has upgraded their facilities! The new kedidi restaurant pool is so good! Warm water and good pool size. Wont feel crowded when swimming.

Highly recommended for family and kids. Foods are very nice & its not as crowded as hrh. the bed is super comfy as in the cloud feels. beach is clean and clear. thumbs up & will surely be back

Overall it is a good stay. However, the breakfast area is very packed and the air condition doesn’t seem to be working. We went back for a dinner buffet as there’s not much choices around, the Italian restaurant is full. The Buffett dinner have limited choices and theres a lot of flies…. The staff in the kid club is very impolite. We are just trying to understand how my 1yo baby can be company and my friend have a 7yo kid with us. In the end we just decided not to stay inside with her attitude. Other than that, it was all fine. With the price that we are paying and the service provided, it is a little below the expectation, especially on the food and the kid club bad experiences.

Great weekend getaway for our family from Singapore. We were upgraded to an ocean-facing room and it was so wonderful. The breakfast was delicious as well. We will be back for sure. Will keep looking our for great deals from Trip.com.

Really love this hotel..I been there always .1 year at least one time ..we enjoyed the food and the entertainment

I had a great stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Kids corner are very comfortable:) Maybe can consider to add on more activities, lobby sofas can add more chairs with big fans Overall quite fun 😄 Night beach bar can be more fun with singers or dancers

Hotel concierge and service were very good - very typical of good service standards in Malaysia. Hotel has a very nice view of the sea so this is an additional pointer. The flip side of the hotel is that the bed unfortunately was very soft. Not recommended for folks that has back or spine issues.

Nice resort, big rooms and toilet with deep soaking bathtub🛁we have sent a message to hotel about celebrating our anniversary there and our room was ready with balloons, message and cake to kick off the celebration upon check in🎈🎉next to a clean private beach. Evening Happy hours at beach bar on certain days! Nice swimming pools , gym , sauna and jacuzzi at change rooms. The in house restaurant by the kids pool has nice ambience and good food. Good breakfast choices too. Bicycles for 1st hour is free and nice tracks to go around the area. More food and live band option in the evening at Hard rock hotel across the street. The hotel provides shuttle service to Hard Rock Cafe and to nearby landmark buildings.

Rooms and the hotel need some maintenance work. Bed is not as firm as last time. Staffs were all very friendly still. Please put back burger and sandwiches selection back into the beach bar outlet. Event though paid for the full sea view rooms, half the view was blocked by trees. Abit disappointing.
