IXORA Hotel and Spa recensioner

Me and my partner have been a couple of times and unfortunately this visit was still no greater than the last and actually maybe a little worse. Although spa area is nice, therapy pool as warm at best. But cleanliness was good. The hotel room itself was clean but the bed is awful to sleep on. If you enjoy hard clunky mattresses then this is for you. Now to the main point on why I’m writing this review. The breakfasts! Coming down to breakfast and not being greeted at all, or to even of being acknowledged. Due to low numbers in the breakfast time from, the chef was making food to order. The waiter stood talking to a couple on the other side of the room and we sat there just waiting, and waiting and…you guessed…. waiting. To the point the chef was trying to get his attention in the end behind the kitchen. The chef then comes out himself and told him that we have been sat there for quite a while. Normally I wouldn’t be bothered in a busy setting but there was only two couple in the entire restaurant and we were one of them. When the food did arrive that was sat under the heat lamp we had to go ask the waiter if we could have a food because he was nowhere to be seen. The food itself, very over done, bread was stale, pouched egg was hard, and the overall not very nice. Overall, I think it’s fair to say this shouldn’t be allowed to be served to people that are paying good money. ps. If you want a pint of Guinness, look away. They pour it in a way you would not agree with.
