Donghae Hotel Story Motel recensioner

I actually chose this hotel due to its proximity to both ferry terminal and the train station. Besides, it takes less than 10 minutes to get to incredible Chuam beach by taxi. So, when I arrived at the hotel, they surprisingly upgraded my standard room to a deluxe one with a jacuzzi. The room was huge, clean, but a bit dark to my liking and also there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, when I opened the window the smell was gone. The hotel is very quiet, I felt like I was there alone even if I saw some people checking in. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Everything I needed was just nearby, the guy at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, and I did appreciate that he upgraded my room. What a nice little thing that cheered me up after a long ferry trip! There are also many cafes and restos in that area. You can walk around and explore these on foot.

Will be better If you check your bed sheets right after your checking in. I read so many good feedbacks at the Korean website... But now I have checked it again... These feedbacks were made one year ago. So, I did not espect any unusual situations and only after having a dinner and taking a shower I removed the blanked... There was a hair and huge spots... So, at midnight I sent a photo and typed a message to the person, with whome I talked during my checking in... After that I called to the Hotel common number and the lady asked me 2 times which country citizen I was (all phone talkes were recordered) ... It was unusual ... I've heard her voice behind the door of my room, so... I was sure that the bed sheets will be changed or checked... But nobody came and I recieved only apologies by phone message for not being able to change my room. Also young man said that it was my hair on the bed and that he cleaned the room before my checking in... 😅 So, last night I had to sleep in my upper clothes😬. Lacation is really good. Really good that each number has its own parking place. But for the next my visit I will choose another Hotel.

列車の旅で、翌朝6時08発の列車に乗るため、駅から歩いて5分で行ける、駅からのアクセスの良い、このホテルを利用しました。 車ごと入るスタイルのモーテルなのに、よくわからないまま、歩いてチェックインしました。ホテルの方は、言葉の分からない日本人客に、翻訳機を使って、丁寧に対応してくれました。とてもうれしかったです。ありがとうございました。 部屋の鍵の閉め方と開け方が、よくわからなくて、少し苦労しました。 アメニティーは豊富で、お水が冷蔵庫に２本も入っていました。コンビニで２本買って行ったことを、後悔しました。サービスが良いモーテルです。 部屋のシャワーの水圧も充分で、バスタブもあるので、シャワーだけの他のビジネスホテルよりも快適でした。ただ、トイレまで足下が濡れてしまうのは、海外ホテルでよくある事なので、しょうがないです。 テレビは超巨大で、209チャンネルでNHKWP、144チャンネルでチャンネルJで、孤独のグルメが視れましたので、日本人でも退屈しませんでした。 部屋のクーラーは、とても良く効きます。 朝6時にチェックアウトしました。無人で呼び鈴をを押しても、誰も来なかったので、そのまま出発させていただきました。 大変良い滞在でした。

평소 리뷰를 잘 남기지 않지만, 이 숙소는 꼭 개선이 필요하다고 생각되어 리뷰를 남깁니다. 어제 부모님과 정선 여행을 마치고 동해로 이동해 급하게 예약한 숙소였습니다. 다른 부분은 급히 잡은 숙소라는 점을 감안해 넘어갈 수 있었지만, 화장실 변기 문제는 도저히 그냥 지나치기 어려웠습니다... 변기 수압이 너무 약해 휴지를 한장만 넣어도 막힐 정도였고, 결국 수차례 직접 뚫어가며 사용해야 했습니다. 기본적인 생리현상조차 불편 없이 해결할 수 없다는 점은 숙박업소로서 매우 치명적인 문제라고 생각합니다. 이곳은 고객이 돈을 지불하고 머무는 숙박업소인 만큼, 최소한의 위생 및 시설 관리가 이루어져야 한다고 생각합니다. 운영자분께 직접 말씀드리려 했으나 체크아웃 시 카운터에 계시지 않아 이렇게 리뷰로 남깁니다. 묵었던 호실은 308호입니다. 다시 방문할 일은 없겠지만, 이 리뷰가 숙소 운영과 시설 개선을 하는 것에 조금이나마 도움이 되기를 바랍니다.

금연시설인데 담배연기 냄새가 계속들어와 결국 창문을 열어놓고 잠을 자게 되었네요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 온수 수압이 너무 낮았어요

최근에 리모델링 했는지 화장실은 깨끗했고 가성비는 괜찮은듯

취소 가능시간이 지난 후 취소해야 할 사정이 생겨서 취소를 요청하였지만 환불 받을 수 없었습니다.

위치는 나쁘지않고 전체적인 인테리어는 깔끔하나 천장에 거미줄, 화장실 곰팡이, 바닥 이물질 등 청결도는 조금 떨어집니다.

깨끗하고 넓어서 잘쉬고왔어여 제가예약한방은 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어있어서 그부분이 제일마음에들었어여

잠만 잘꺼라 들렷는데 화장실에서 담배냄새가 나서 힘들었어요ㅠㅠㅠ

호텔이 드라이브 인 타입이라 편하기는 한데 가방을 들고 주차장에서 2층으로 올라가야함. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓은 편이고 주변에 동해역이 있어서 식당은 제법 있습니다~ 하룻밤 잘 지내고 왔어요
