It's ok reception guy is little rude, i already paid online for my booking but he said their is no booking for me

環境很好，前台的小哥哥的服務非常周到，特別感謝。因為是家人去辦事，又不會英文，前台的小哥哥一直有幫忙，真的非常負責任。

裝修太陳舊了

歷史最差最臟的酒店，住了會有噩夢

My cousin booked the hotel for us and gave us the access card. The staff did not let us in because they said that my cousin is not present. My cousin is already drunk and the reason he booked the room for us is for us to sleep after his birthday celebration. But here is our little hero receptionist who is saying that we are not allowed since we are not the one who booked the room, given that we have the access card and he have spoken to my cousin ove the phone confirming that we are his guests. Lousy hotel and lousy policy. These kinds of hotel needs to be closed. My cousin paid for a room for his guests to stay but his guests are not allowed. You judge.

Poor Housekeeping & poor maintenance. The bedsheets & the pillow covers look crampled and unwashed . Teakettle is blackened from inside , and when asked to change the housekeeping staff says all kettles are like this only . Do not keep any extra Toilet rolls , even if the current one is on the verge of finishing. Complained several times about TV remote not working. No action and nobody bothers . No fridge in the room . Kitchen not operational so have to walk across the street to get the breakfast that was booked along with the room . Strongly not recommended

The best thing about Raintree was checking-out. Save your money. This is unfortunately not a 4-star hotel. We had to ask to change rooms because the first room was rundown, unclean, smelled of smoke, and has cigarette ash all over the window sill. In the second room I killed 4 cockroaches over 4 days, and missed a fifth. This room also had a weird smell and was in need of heaving cleaning.

My name is John Francis. I book the room from Abudhabi. My room number was 116. I spent 120 for a 1-night stay. But the room is very dirty and not clean. throughout the night I couldn’t sleep because there are bedbugs all over the bed I came to the room around 10:30 to 11 pm. From Abudhabi. And I had a meeting in the morning. I’m so unhappy about this hotel and the room. Moreover, at 1 am, one housekeeping attendant tried to open my room door forcefully. I even complained about this incident to the receptionist. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else because it’s not worth it.

I stay in room 102, 30 Dec to 31 Dec 2022, I was having 2 pax reservation from *********** reception staff forcely charged for second pax as per them management rule. what rubbish!! Receptionist Tasneem or Tasleem and night manager both of them disrespecting doesn't know how to be courteous..wrost staff of hotel Washroom wall tiles broken, shower area completely messy not cleaned. Shower tap broken dirty No minibar fridge in the room Dirty spotty pillows Spider webs around bed lamps over all cleaning is wrost No cover on the ceiling light in washroom compeltey unsafe electrical Electric socket broken near to bed no Electric safety 4 time made calls to reception and requested to provide iron after 45 mints provided unsafe iron the controll swtich was unsafe to touch, asked why late provided staff said sorry sir we have one iron for all floor... Will never recommended at any cost to stay Rain Tree Rolla hotel at all wrost reception staff wrost management rules by self innovated by reception staff. See the pictures and at least hire the courteous reception staff who should know at least the respect word for the guest Reception syaff is terrible wrost

The hotel not for family at all, we had very bad experiences, we told that the room will quiet, unfortunately not, the parking was changed, not safe for family my wife and kids was not feel home and comfortable, it’s a horrible stay I can say…..
