Amenities are quite good. Toiletries like toothbrush shaver even bathrobe and slippers, wise you have to call them and request.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. In terms of service, I especially want to thank Mr. Sohel, the concierge at the lobby. On the first day, he kindly used his own app to call a taxi for us, and on the final day, he arranged a larger taxi because we had several suitcases. It was incredibly helpful.
However, one thing that fell short was that the towels were neither replenished nor replaced on two consecutive days, which caused some inconvenience.

Two Seasons Hotel is a nice full service hotel. The apartment was nice, clean, and we had an AWESOME view. Get a room with a sea view. We could see Atlantis all the way to the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was very good, but it’s a busy buffet during holidays, so go early and bring sanitizer. The food at the hotel- every place we ate was delicious. There was nothing we didn’t like. The brisket at the dinner buffet was so tender and well seasoned. Five stars. The hotel is in a great location. We would definitely stay again. One thing to note- this is a dry property. Alcohol is not sold on the property. You can consume in your room but not in public areas of the hotel.

I approached my stay at Two Seasons in Dubai with great anticipation, especially for the Spa and Therapy sessions. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of my expectations.
Firstly, I was not made aware that the spa was closed for renovations – a disappointing surprise that lasted for two long months. My stay was further marred by the unexpected floods that drenched our rooms. Despite repeated requests for room service to address the situation, our pleas were largely ignored, leaving us in discomfort.
For half of our stay, we were unable to use the pools or saunas due to these issues. To add to our woes, the room service team forgot to clean our room when requested. Moreover, we had to keep our windows perpetually open to mitigate a constant sewage smell, which was far from ideal.
Given these series of unfortunate events, which significantly affected the quality of our stay, I would find it reasonable to seek some form of reimbursement or compensation from Two Seasons. A stay at such a reputable establishment should not be accompanied by these oversights and inconveniences.

This hotel actually overall are good, room spacious, seaview is good can see Jumeirah hotel, clean. But the reception very bad service, took 2 hours to check-in. Many people waiting at lobby, wrong cards issued.

I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast is appalling, the cleaners would take your towels and then not give you any new ones, the reception would say they will send someone up to open the balcony doors and then the person that comes up has no idea how to. The pool has no sunlight, so we did not use it once.
The website isn’t clear on how this hotel is one of the dry hotels in Dubai, this isn’t a massive problem but I would’ve chose a different hotel if I knew this.
The bathrooms had dirty drains that had mold around them which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The decor in the bathroom and kitchen was extremely dated compared to the rest of the suite.
The positive things I can note is the comfy beds, the staff outside that assist with taxis and the location. And also that when we landed at 8am the hotel checked us in straight away rather than make us wait until the check in time.

Kids zone area (inside) was not clean enough. There was a lot of sand and/or dust. The rest was perfectly clean. Exit signs at parking are confusing.

We were initially given a rather dated room with leaking shower heads. After reflecting the matter and requesting a room change the next day, the duty manager promptly gave us a newly renovated room on a much higher floor with views of burj al arab, and we loved it!
Location was great. Within a minute from the train station. Value for money!
