My team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and it's heartening to know that we met your expectations in this regard.However, I am genuinely sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you experienced with the room and its amenities. Rest assured, we take these matters seriously, and we will investigate how such a lapse occurred in room preparation to prevent it from happening in the future.Your feedback about the room condition is well received and I am pleased to inform you that this is very much a part of our complete Refurbishment project which is expected to start in the near future. However, in the meantime, we do have 2 floors in the hotel (29th & 30th) which were refurbished together with the lobby and should you choose to stay during your next visit.I am disappointed to hear that some of our staff during breakfast did not meet the high service standards we aim for. I will address this internally to ensure that all our team members consistently provide the assistance and support our guests deserve.I do hope that those incidents will not mere your decision to use our facilities and services and that we will have another opportunity to welcome you back and regain your trust.
