Everything was perfect

Everything about the hotel was amazing!

這個酒店是華而不實，服務很好，節假日去所以房價很高19000人民幣一晚別墅，但是信價比太低了，不值這個房價想，SPA預訂90分鐘價位兩千人民幣想，Spa基礎設施太差，一度懷疑是五星級酒店嗎？太簡陋

上船前覺得3點辦理入住，感覺時間不太夠，實際上在碼頭就已經在check in了，到酒店之後景色是無敵的，服務的話是細節很好，洗完澡去吃飯的時候，房間內的衞生就被打掃了一下，毛巾重新疊了，島上就兩家餐廳，味道基本跟市區的fine dinning差不多，甚至更好，早餐是有機食品，且豐富的營養全面。服務人員，專業強壯負責任，整個酒店行程非常順滑舒心。誠意滿滿，離島後，車都給提前吹好冷氣。

沒想到這竟然是在杜拜性價比最高的酒店沒有之一！非常安靜，有令人稱奇的風景，腳踏南美洲，心繫全世界！！！

非常適合親子度假的酒店

餐食豐富，服務到位，海灘一般

두바이에 있는 어드레스 라인 호텔들이 정말 좋던데 역시는 역시 어드레스 비치도 실망시키지 않네요. 강추합니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

這家酒店在一個島上，如果第一次來杜拜非常不推薦來 環境，一般公共設施都沒有弄好

Nice hotel. But the problem starts from the time you arrive at the Jetty we were made to wait for 45 mins to the resort. On the way back the wait offered was 1 hour, and upon multiple follow ups we got a boat back in 30 mins. It just took away the charm from all. Overall not the best of experience…!

It was such an amazing experience, calm atmosphere, nice beach, water is cool and we saw a lot of beautiful fish there. Of course our trip wouldn’t be that good without welcoming team members, they were so nice and made us feel like home. We definitely want to come again and stay longer. We wanted to thank Zainab, she was so friendly , so kind and even arranged an island tour for us and we still can’t forget it!! Also big thanks to Sanabou and Ochoa. You are fantastic!

Thank you very much to all of the staff we have met over the last week. In particular the kids club, who looked after our son with so much happiness & care. On the morning we left, the staff (who were on their day off) came to deliver a personalized goodbye to our son who’d had an amazing few days in their company. Thank you to Ocha, Sainabou, Chanduika, Nikini, Bruce & Sam. We were always greeted for breakfast by Diksha, Garren & Alex with a warm smile, they went above and beyond to accommodate us & our son every morning. The breakfast (especially the coffee) was amazing. In addition, the staff in Helios mainly Cherry & Maria were fantastic with us. The staff are a credit to this place and make it a much better stay. The food in both restaurants for dinner was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing staycation.
