Hotel was fine and large. For the price the service was incredibly lacking from the hotel staff. The restaurant staff was very rude and wasn’t adequate for a five star hotel. We took pictures with the included package and they were very professional and patient. They deserve all the praise to be the best part of the stay. 乐川旅拍 five stars. 吴桐桐 service was great.

One of my favourite hotel in sichuan. Spacious, clean and beautiful space. Ordered room service for dinner, the food taste just average & it’s on the pricey side. Other than that everything else is fine.

I tried out the hotel for its tranquil modern Chinese contemporary concept and architecture. It turns out to be brilliantly wonderful experience. A housekeeper will be assigned to support your daily needs and answer to your asks especially each is a private terrace or double storey villa. You need to be driven in the buggy to reach hotel lobby for breakfast or to hotel front entrance to walk across the road where there’s a big mall. While the mall isn’t fantastic, the hotel location is still ideal to reach Dujiangyan and Qingcheng mountain within 15-20mins. Take didi is trusted as there is no subway. The tram train is available however I think the Didi is highly recommended. Overall was a good experience with attentiveness and great accommodation.

Our first booked room left much to be desired, dirty windows and unkept lawn with many insects in the courtyard. I asked for a room change and management swiftly not only changed but also upgraded us to a two bedroom villa and were very apologetic. I really did enjoy my stay and would recommend this place to all families and couples.

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

第二次入住了，第一次是帶公司團隊來，感受就很好。 這次帶家裡人來，感受就更好啦。酒店本身的設施設備就不説了。 管家小伍的服務真的要狠狠表揚 1.看到手上的蛋糕會主動提出幫忙存好放冰箱 2.週末客流量大入住時間晚，會貼心的幫忙安排一些茶點，供我們等待入住 3.看到有小朋友，在入住後主動專門送了兩套小童洗漱的套裝 所有的事情不是提需得到的，都是管家主動專屬的服務內哦❤

終於來都江堰這家酒店打卡了，環境確實很高級👍🏻入住這家酒店還提前預約了拍攝，讓我老婆拍到了他心心念唸的戰國袍！特別推薦來這住的都去試一下這家旅拍 化粧師小姐姐粧造各方面速度很快，淡粧也畫的很美！攝影師很專業服裝道具很多 ，拍外景會提前選好光線好的點位，3-5個場景老師特別有耐心會引導動作。成片每一張都很對味，氛圍感真的很好！！

一見到宋品的大廳，立馬感覺到設計感和人文氣息，獨棟別墅帶湯池，一客一換，別墅裏面古典的傢俱加上大理石的裝飾彰顯檔次。樓上大床加上樓下梳化床，住下我家三大兩小有富餘。中餐廳的美食非常精美，食材高級。管家Kiko服務全程回覆及時，有求必應。總之是非常愉快的一次入住，對宋品這個品牌非常滿意！對比悦榕莊真的是物有所值！

酒店服務周到，環境優雅，從走進大堂開始，就感受到了無微不至的服務。前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住迅速。房間乾淨整潔，視野開闊，床品舒適，一夜好眠。贈送的旅拍不錯，攝影師技術在線，出片效果可以，為旅途增色不少，安利！

先説結論：5星推薦。 我是女兒，一個人帶父母出來玩兒。選宋品是希望在能力範圍內給父母和自己最好的體驗。攜程這個套餐含兩大兩小早餐，一個雙人素菜套餐，一人份旅拍，一池私湯，體驗喂黑天鵝，體驗八段錦/太極。預約很方便，也很順利，入住前一天就有管家聯繫問幾時到店，可以提前安排。酒店的設計很漂亮，尤其大堂，大氣，國風，以千里江山圖為主元素設計延伸，也很多中國紅元素，可以説是一步一景豆不為過。BGM一直是古琴，大堂的香也一直燃着，真的感覺讓人寧心靜氣。當年萬達應該是花了心思和投入的。送的素材套餐，份量很足，味道也不錯，我們三個大人都沒吃完。中餐廳在負一臨湖環境，蠻舒服。宋品有86棟別墅房，每一户都有名字門楣，前後小院。我們入住的時候是晚上了，鋪床服務也很讓人暖心。私湯水也放好了。房間有雀巢的膠囊，貴茶的茶包，迷你吧首輪設計送的，歡迎水果也有（品質一般）。水是百歲山的小瓶，樓上樓下算起來得有8瓶，這點還行，已經贏過1/3的豪華酒店了。我不知道為啥，現在豪華酒店的配水真的都不能用普了，得用差來形容。 再説下不行的，那個洗漱用品搞了個啥，沐浴露和洗手液還是一體的叫洗手沐浴液，不太好用，澀，洗髮水也是。不知道是不是這兩天下雨的原因，雖然有除濕器，但沒開，然後床品感覺潮潮的，床墊也很軟。 最後特別點贊一下送的旅拍，雖然是淡粧簡單造型，但也挺用心的，跟拍是真的紮紮實實一個小時，情緒價值給滿。酒店內外的環境真的很出片，不用到旁的地方去人擠人，體驗蠻好的，我媽表示很滿意，哈哈哈 希望宋品堅持該有的定位和品質，越來越好吧，已跟朋友安利～

在深秋選擇青城宋品度過一個完美的週末實在是一個很棒的選擇，環境清幽，風景宜人，每晚泡在湯泉裏驅除一天的疲憊，實在是舒服～ 非常感謝jess專業貼心的服務，以及酒店的旅拍團隊給了我一個無與倫比的假期。

酒店環境優美，宋制美學。很安靜。附加活動項目很多，每個工作人員都熱情服務，整體居住體驗很棒。尤其謝謝管家伍涵的貼心服務和及時響應~伍涵幫忙安排了活動和很多貼心的關照，非常幸福的一次旅途 酒店裡有很多附加活動，臨行前的旅拍真的是意外之喜，不僅粧發齊全而且出片率超讚!質量完全可以媲 美寫真工作室，全外景寫真體驗，滿意!

酒店環境相當不錯，房間是聯排別墅，自帶泡池和麻將機。有什麼需求酒店都能及時響應，半夜2點工程還來幫我們修機麻，管家式服務，從入住前天到退房，小董都考慮得很周到。之前看評價略有擔心早餐，結果發現多慮了，早餐的麪檔很有特色，料也足。酒店還送了旅拍，很出片。國慶期間還體驗了酒店的各項活動，有非遺的點翠，相當nice。如果要説需要提升的地方，就是酒店的備品，洗沐用品和這個品牌檔次不太符合。

酒店交通方便，環境沒得説，服務態度非常好👍尤其是管家Betty，太棒了👏酒店早餐很豐富，起晚了也不用擔心，補餐及時，酒店送雙人成都熱雪奇蹟初級滑雪3小時門票一定要去體驗一下哦！還有就是酒店贈送的旅拍，酒店環境很出片，造型師小妹妹真的很好哦，我和母親都很喜歡她，非常有耐心，粧造出色！
