My hotel stay was generally good as it matched the price point. The room was clean and comfortable for a very short stay. Location was great as it was close to the central station. The staff were very welcoming and friendly! Downside, furniture felt very outdated and the “king bed” was actually two single beds placed side by side. Very limited amenities provided so don’t expect to have bottled water provided in the room but overall, it was a decent budget-friendly option.

No fan in the summer, to get some air needs to open the window, at night it will be so loud with the tram sounds, no refrigerator, breakfast is moderate

I had a confusing start trying to find the place, it's listed as "Hotel Madisonon the app, but there's no sign with that name outside, which caused me to waste over 10 minutes searching. Once inside, I noticed the wallpaper peeling off, which gave the room a bit of a neglected feel. On the bright side, breakfast was actually quite good. Based on my experience, the chance of me returning is about 20.51%.

Ladies at front desk acting weird and unfriendly. Super hot days with no air condition. Ancient furniture with dust and broken carpet. Unbelievable how such a terrible hotel can be rated at four stars I think two stars at max. Hope this is helpful to anyone who is checking this hotel.

Got a street-facing twin room - facilities are dated but the space & view make up for tram noise. Huge plus: super close to the station with great food options! Solid value for the price 酒店安排临街双床房，设施略显陈旧，但客房面积充足且窗外景观优美，有效缓解了路面电车噪音的影响。特别指出地理位置卓越：距火车站仅数分钟步程，周边餐饮选择丰富。综合考量价格因素，性价比符合预期。

No aircon, bedroom slippers. Noisy street. Asked for a fan but got none. Expensive for a budget hotel. Ok bfast.

The position of the hotel is almost perfect. Very close to the main station and walking distance from the center of the city. However the bedsheets were stained. Overall not bad, if it was cleaner I would recommend it to everyone.

The location is great . Reception was friendly.. but the sheets and towels at the room were full of stains 😮💨

Location was great being close to the train station and also very walkable distance to the city and Little Tokyo. The room was roomy enough and clean. The shower doors weren't great as water kept splashing out and get very wet on the floor after every shower, other than that it's an excellent accomodation for the price.

Close to HBF 5 mins walk. Nice breakfast. room is clean and function well. Also close to supermark.

I booked a room at this hotel based on the photos, expecting a decent stay. However, upon check-in, I was given the room with the red carpet, which was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The amenities were terrible, and it clearly hadn’t been renovated in a long time. At 12:30 AM, I had to request a room change because the elevator noise was unbearable. They gave me an even worse room where the sound of passing trains made it impossible to sleep. When I complained again, they finally moved me to the renovated room shown in the photos. This room was much better, which made me wonder why they didn’t give it to me in the first place, especially since it was available. The receptionist was not friendly and only changed my room after a lot of complaining. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and the stay was not worth the price at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room was pretty nice despite the reception was old. The breakfast was decent, an ok hotel for a short business trip.
