Sumptuous breakfast and good accessibility to tourist places! Clean and quiet love it!

I was very disappointed in the hotel that I stayed in. I imagine it much better.

酒店還是不錯的，比較新。以前叫做Royal Swiss皇家瑞士酒店，但是現在改名了叫Royal Asbu。從機場打車過去如果司機不知道，可以説Royal Swiss。酒店吃的不多，但是還算湊合。客房乾淨整潔，服務還可以。進城或者去西迪布賽義德都方便。

真的不咋地，一點都達不到五星的標準，頂多國內快捷酒店的水平，價格是非常貴在突尼斯。衞生間漏水都沒有人修，房間的水，沐浴露等都沒有及時補給

I stayed at the Royal ASBU Hotel in Tunis in May 2024. The hotel has a convenient location near the airport, which made my arrival and departure easy. The staff were generally polite and helpful, though some communication could be improved. My room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning was a bit too cold and noisy at times. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, though it could be better in quality. Overall, the hotel is decent for a short stay if you need to be close to the airport, but it doesn’t quite meet the standards of a luxury hotel. It’s an okay option if you’re on a budget or need convenience.

Excellent stay at Hotel Royal ASBU Tunis! The entire hotel experience was outstanding, with exceptional service throughout. Special mention to Habiba, the spa manager, whose professionalism and expertise made the spa experience unforgettable. Her attention to detail and warm approach ensure top-quality service. The hotel's facilities and staff are fantastic, and the spa is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I’ve traveled a lot in 2024, but my stay at the Royal ASBU Hotel in Tunis was by far the worst. The room quality was subpar, with cleanliness being a major issue. The towels were dirty, and the amenities were either lacking or in poor condition. The safe had a low battery, which rendered it useless, and the iron had marks from previous use that left stains on my clothes. To make matters worse, the hotel couldn’t provide me with a replacement iron, and the air conditioning didn’t work. While the hotel’s physical condition was a complete letdown, I must acknowledge the politeness and kindness of the staff. They did their best to be accommodating, and without their efforts, I would have packed and left immediately. However, no amount of good staff can make up for the fact that the hotel itself is not up to standard. In all my travels this year, this hotel takes the trophy for the worst stay. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're considering a stay in Tunis.

Great hotel brilliant staff 5 star service the hotel is near airport and caters for all ages rooms are spacious and spotless breakfast was great staff go above and beyond for me Don’t pay Marriott price this hotel is equal to it and more realistic price The staff make your stay great so helpful nothing a problem I am frequent guest to hotel and wouldn’t go anywhere else I give it a 10/10

This is my second stay at the Royal ASBU Hotel. I first came in July 2023 for two weeks and returned in February 2024 for three days. The hotel is fantastic and great value for money. The service is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional (even when I kept forgetting my key in the room). The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the facilities are modern. The breakfast buffet has improved a lot and well worth the additional cost. I must stay a special thanks to Cyrine at reception. She was extremely helpful in assisting with my requirements and very professional. Will definitely stay there again during my next business trip. Highly recommended.
