The staff is young and helpful. The premise is a bit old fashioned but the rooms are renovated. Located in the old town, walking distance from everywhere including a paved road. There is an external courtyard that faces the river.

Need to take a short walk about 5mins on cobbled road from roadside into hotel. To walk to main tourist area of 凤凰古镇，need to walk a out 10-15mins through the quieter part of the old town. Room is huge. Need to climb stairs. Simple breakfast. Owners are friendly and helpful. They pick us up from a designated place after arriving by 高铁。So important to communicate with them 1 day in advance.

The hotel is very nice. The room is big, clean, sooo comfortable and cozy. You feel like home. The staff is amazing. They pick us up at the bus stop, upgrade the room for free, and trough we chat you can ask for help and they answer and help you very fast. The breakfast very tasty. And the price awesome. We’d back to this hotel for sure

My stay was amazing, the hotel is outstanding . The staffs are very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you don’t speak Chinese or you are new to Chinese culture, the staffs can help you with everything . They texted me me in advance , organized a car to pick me up from the train station , helped me navigate through the city , carried my luggage upstairs and downstairs and all the way to the taxi . Very friendly atmosphere , very nice people and these details made my trip enjoyable, especially if you are a solo traveler or someone with heavy luggage these things matter a lot . The location was so good , it’s not far from the city center just 10 min walk but it’s very quite at night and in the morning if you want to relax after a hectic day . The room is clean , the bedsheets are very clean and everything is tidy , they even have an iron , they have big mirrors and everything you need . The breakfast was delicious. I had it in the terrace with a beautiful view , they also helped me order dinner , the tofu is a must . Highly recommend this place , it’s close to the main road where taxi usually drops off and picks up , probably 4 min walking and also very close to the main attractions .
