I booked this room for one night  Overall I am pretty happy with the hotel Let’s start with the good stuff: 1. Wide variety of breakfasts that is decent 2. View from the dining area is amazing 3. Room is clean and new and comes with quality bedding in the room.  4. Comes with free drinks in the fridges 5. Very friendly receptionist and staff working at dining area double thumbs up!! 6. Free parking 7. Sound proofing is good.  Improvement point 1. No charging point for EV yet  2. None actually.

The fact that no car can stop in front of the Hotel is a big minus, otherwise the service, the room and the breakfast befit a Chinese 5 star hotel, only 5 mins walk to a full fletcher shopping mall is a big plus. All in all a well-managed property

环境：非常好 . 窗外能望到歡樂海岸摩天輪 . 酒店環境也很好 . 步行到附近商場及樂園都很方便 17 樓環境很好 . 早晚都能看到樂園摩天輪 服务/設施 ：Check In 時女服務員沒有提點 . 運動房及游泳池需要小票 . 當然也沒有說明今天入住能無限出入 . 明天不能 . 酒店設施應該入住期間可以使用 . 這一點應該要注意 ⚠️ 到了晚上 8 時 . 再到 17 樓找服務員查詢運動房在那一層 ？ 他也沒有說要小票 . 只說 3 樓 . 原來是在外面門口入 . 也沒有說清楚 . 我們到了 3 樓才知要小票. 來來回回用了很多時間 . 應該跟客人說清楚 . . 男服員還跟我說 . 因應客人需要才會告知運動動需要小票 . 請問怎樣樣看得出客人需要 ？ 卫生：房間很好 . 乾淨 . 非常好 17 樓環餐廳衛生一般 . 早餐時 . 地板是黐立立 . 很骯髒 . 還有煙頭 .

裝修很新，房間景色很美，能直接看到摩天輪！酒店服務很到位，很貼心。晚上睡覺也很安靜，第二天睡到自然醒。酒店為了讓我玩得安心，還幫我免費延遲2小時退房，大大的👍！酒店的餐廳位置也是很贊，吃晚餐也能直接看到整個華僑城的夜景，出品很精緻！
