Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport recensioner

Convenient location near the S-bahn station. The room is big enough for 3 adults and 1 child. We arrive at Frankfurt around 6pm and stayed for 1 night at this hotel before we continue our journey.

No tissue boxes nor slippers If you want them you will ask the stuff in the reception

We found a bug on the bed of the first room we checked into, so we called the front desk and they immediately switched us to another room.  Great service.

Great location near the airport - easy 1 subway station on the S8 or S9 trains at reduced fare ticket option. Hotel located right next to one of the exits. Easy check-in, clean rooms, wifi good, as expected of a Hyatt Place brand. Did not try the breakfast or in-hotel restaurant. Did not see any 24-hr convenience stores nearby though. Good and value-for-money option as a near-enough airport hotel. Hotels right at the airport at more than double the price.

Great and friendly staff. Staff spoke English, Spanish, and German. It was really helpful

The hotel is nice, new and clean, but unfortunately has no shuttle bus. However you can get there by public bus 61, just exit at the next bus stop.

Great place to stay with family

Clean big rooms. We are a family of four with comfortable sofa bed can sleep two easily. Clean gym for workout. Just the carpark at 25 euro overnight is a bit pricey. Also not exactly walkable to airport. Need to take a 8 min taxi drive to get fro airport

Friendly and helpful front desk.,

The staff are friendly, the check in and out process is smooth. And the room is quite spacious. The hotel also provide luggage storage services. The location also superb.

Nice hotel, but our TV didn’t work at all. They didn’t fix it or give us a comp or anything. You can’t eat at the restaurant unless you book far in advance. And they don’t tell you have to pay 25E per day to park! For what I paid, I wouldn’t stay again.

Great for catching next flights.
