the hotel is only have lake view. rooms are spacious. their hot spring water tub is very nice. have to pay extra money at check in for lake view. when booking , type of rooms and view are not very clear. have to check carefully.

I love everything here, the room, the view from the room, the onsen and the dinner set. Just a couple of small things. When I asked if we could use the hotel bicycles, the front says it’s not for guests. However, I did saw a couple of tourists ride them the next day. One thing I think could be improved is, door lock is still using key. Would be better if changed to keycard.

🏨 the ryokan turned out to be much more beautiful than i expected from what i've seen on the pictures here 🗺️ the location is great, and even though we didn't get the room with the lake view, the view was still amazing. there's also a konbini and a few cafés right next to the ryokan, so it was very convenient 🕴️the staff was kind, it was easy to communicate in english 🧖♀️ didn't attend the onsen myself, but my friends told me they liked it ⭐️ taking one star off cause the shower-head was a bit broken and the room wasn't clean enough to my taste

Very beautiful view on the lake and ideal location with convenience store next door.

It’s a convenient location to move around the lake but the facilities is very run down and old. I am glad we only stayed a night and moved to another hotel

The hotel was overbooked and they subsequently relocated me to Tominoko hotel. Room was big with a good view of Mount Fuji. It is a traditional hotel which does not accept credit card. Facilities were quite old, and food was not that fantastic. Overall still a good experience

Lovely property in a great location. You’re slightly more off of the beaten track but the tourist bus stop is right out front of the hotel. Great being right by the lake. Amazing room, massive for just me. There’s no shower in the room just a toilet but the onsen was lovely and you can shower in there. Older property also be aware those with accessibility needs the hotel is up quite a steep slope/numerous stairs and then when inside there’s no lift so I had to carry my luggage up and anyone with mobility issues would struggle as I believe all the rooms are on the first floor and that’s after tackling the way up to the hotel. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on dinner or breakfast but a great traditional ryokan stay.

Good service and location near the station with free parking a short distance in front of the ryokan, ryokan comes with a public bath where all guests must pay a small fee regardless if you are using it or not. 1 small weird detail is that in order to use the hot water for the room shower, the water taps at the basin need to be turned on towards the hot temperature and wait for a while before the shower has hot water.

Great location to enjoy Fuji Mt and Fuji Q. Hotel is adorable and the hot spring are great with a nice view. It’s full naked and not mixed.

In front of the lake though our room has no view cause low price ( off season) excellent front office service , shuttle to station and room size is very big ! Love it …

Great stay like staying in Nobita’s house

Hotel is abit old. So feeling not as clean. Free Parking across the hotel. Would be abit harder to find parking during mid day. Since parking lot is share.

The location is good, near the bus station. There is a Lawson beside the hotel which is great. But there is no view from room. Bed is hard and no early check in.

A wonderful way to start my first trip to Japan, the location is right on Lake Kawaguchi and just behind is the Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. The staff were really helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again if I ever get the chance.
