"The location of this hotel is great. Casa Milà is literally right next door, the metro station is just a short walk away, and all the luxury brands are within easy reach. If you’re in Barcelona for shopping, you couldn’t ask for a more convenient spot. However, our room was a huge disappointment. We were given a windowless room, which felt claustrophobic and stuffy. The lighting inside was far too dim, making it hard to even read or pack properly. On top of that, the elevators are ridiculously small — they fit only 4 people at a time, so expect to wait during busy hours."

"Service: The guy at the front desk was incredibly handsome, like an actor. He was very welcoming, offered water and candies as soon as I walked in, and helped with my luggage. The guy who handled my check-in was very chatty and cute. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were perfectly fine and normal, just like a typical foreign hotel. The only minor thing was that the hangers couldn't be fully removed. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: I chose this area because it was said to be safer. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, making it convenient for shopping. However, you'll likely need a taxi or subway to get to the tourist attractions."

"Jag skulle till Valencia med buss, men blev stoppade längs vägen av polis pga översvämingar, då det kommit ett regnoväder precis ett antal mil innan Valencia. Vi fick vända tillbaka med bussen till Barcelona och kom fram vid midnatt. Jag bokade snabbt ett hotell nära busstationen och fick tack i denna - killen i receptionen var fantastisk, trevlig och hjälpsam mitt i natten! På morgonen pratade jag sedan med hans kollega på dagpasset och han var lika hjälpsam och trevlig! Jag hade ett bra rum mot gatan. Givetvis kom det gatuljud, då det finns en servering utanför, men för mig ger det bara en mysig stämning av livet i Barcelona. När natten kom blev det tyst och inga problem med att sova."

"The hotel operation favors outsider guests and private events over the comfort of stay in guests. During our stay spa and pool were closed for private events on multiple occasions. They mop the rooms and not vacuum, we had someone’s acrylic nail in our floor for 2-3 days, disgusting. The location is far from the city center and in general very loud. If you want to party, see and be seen, like meet market ambiance then this is the place for you. Otherwise not recommended."

"Great stay at this hotel for one night! The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and with good sound proofing. Amenities were great! The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks at the lobby. The rooms were equipped with a kettle, various types of tea and instant coffee, along with an ironing board with iron, fridge with complimentary bottled water, a safe, etc. Location is great if you want to head to the airport via the Aerobus, which is just located across the street. It is also convenient to go to La Ramblas via a direct metro line. There’s plenty of food options within the vicinity. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
