I forget my belonging in my room, but the staff told me that they find nothing and can not help. I think the Japan quality is decreasing because they hire more foreign staff.

This hotel located is good, just right in front of Hakata station. Hotel breakfast is yummy, although everyday is the same, but you won’t bored with the breakfast. The room is pretty small, if you have 2 large luggage, u need to close it up in order to have space to walk. We booked this hotel due to the location, and it also near to the tour meet up point for our tour which booked via Klook or KKDay.

Twin rooms. Standard small size. Great location. Opp hakata station. Direct train ride from airport. Just few stops. But from International airport nid to take a shuttle service to domestic airport to take the train ride. 260yen - great saving.

It’s fantastic location in front of of Hakata Station! Easy accessible to most of the places of interest and amenities. Hotel staff service was excellent. Clean rooms and great breakfast especially the Japanese breakfast choice was excellent. Will recommend to friends and relatives. Thank you!

Location is convenient, located opposite at JR Hakata station .,just walk across about 5 minutes from the station and you will see TKP Sunlife hotel in tall black building .

Location is superb. I travel alone which the room size is ok with 1 person stay. But just only 1 person available only smoking floor. I don’t smoking then the odor is strong while I am in the hotel.

This hotel really impressed me with its strategic location right next to the train station. It made my travels so much smoother and allowed me to maximize my time exploring the city. The convenience of being so close to the train station can't be overstated—every morning, I could easily catch a train to my next destination without any rush or hassle. The hotel itself was top-notch, with comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. The convenience of the location combined with the quality of the hotel made it a perfect choice for my stay.
