Smooth check in and check out process , all staff are friendly , room is decent and clean

Very good stay,the room very spacious for 2 pax, the window can open un the room , very important to have fresh air

not the best but not bad. the hotel only have very small quantity of umbrellas to borrow the guests and because it was rainy season, we didn’t manage to borrow. lots of restaurants around.

Staff is nice and friendly! Though it is not super close to the station but it's still a comparative convenient location to me. There're also many good place to eat nearby, highly recommend REC coffee, breakfast is great! Soundproofing is just so-so, the Korean family stayed next to us is so noisy and banged the door all the time..

The overall quality of the hotel is good, however, no parking lot will be provided unless you called the hotel for reservation in advance. The location is slightly far from the main road, it takes around 10 mins to the main road.

Overall not recommended  Location - 15 mins walk to cancel city, 15 mins walk to Tenjin station and 25 mins to Hakata station.  Surrounding only has convenient stores and eateries. Nothing fantastic. Parking - event thou there are lots available the reception refuse to let us park. Claimed there is no reservation.  Room - very small. Staff - Not helpful at all.  Hot bath - only the basic shampoo, conditional and shower bath available.

The staffs were not nice to the guests, a bit rude and not welcoming. wont suggest people to stay there

Hotel was rather convenient, room was ok as well, 17m2. There was a public bath but it’s usually crowded.

Room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Convenient locations with lots of great restaurant options nearby.

Except being located in Tenjin with easy access to many food and shopping areas, I have nothing to recommend this hotel. Service is minimal and they even charge you to assist you making a call for taxi, never experienced anything like that, omg.

Hotel is very good. You can walk 5 mins to station. Check in and check out is quick because you can self check in. On 2nd floor, it has free public bathroom.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is good and delicious. The staff are nice and helpful. But the location is in the small street, therefore it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel by driving a car. Overall , I satisfied the experience in this hotel.
