We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Hotel’s located at city center and super close to beach. But hotel must renovate the rooms because we have booked superior double bed room but the bathroom sink was damaged and the room has a damp smell. Breakfast was wonderful, you have too many options. Hotel staffs are also friendly. Since it was a 3-star hotel, our expectations were not very high.

This hotel is a must try. Excellent location within walking distance to the beach, several museums and restaurants nearby. Super clean rooms and public area. Mattress in the bed is so comfortable that I slept like a baby. I loved the wide selection of fish products and the vegetable stew at breakfast. Winestone Restaurant in the hotel did not offer pirog, but I found a restaurant a block from the hotel specialized to this Polish specialty.

This is only about Gdynia city as this was the only default, it's a port city on the baltic coast of Poland ,known for it's modern buildings including the museum of Gdynia which exhibits local history, with a distinctive fountain in its centre,museum ships are moored at the southern pier

We've spent one week in Mercure Hotel, in rooms with see view on 10th floor. Service was always in very goog level, especially in cleaning rooms. Swiming pool is really great option, and bathrobes You have in room without additional fees. Breakfests was very tasty, dinners in hotel's restaurant, too. It was great time.

Rooms with high tubs preclude shower by handicapped guests. No help from frint desk. Shrugging shoulders. If you have any mobility problem.do not go there as you will not be able to take shower safely. Staff also was not attentive and very indifferent to my request to help.accomodate my parents' bathroom needs.

Good hotel, it's about the base for meetings. Good and friendly service, clean rooms, good breakfast. Well-equipped bar. Beautiful view from the upper floors. I recommend for quick trips. The hotel is located near the main station. See you next time

This is not a luxurious hotel from the outside but you can expect fantastic service. The rooms are OK, nothing special. However, the breakfast selection was the greatest I ever had with regular food, but also lots of Polish specialties. The hotel has a pool, sauna and massage service. Very close to the seaside. The service was great.

Recently booked a stay here to attend the Opener festival, I had an initial booking for 4 days, however I cancelled as I needed to change the booking details. Through cancelling and re-booking, I accidentally booked for June instead of July. I didn't realise this had happened, until I randomly saw a charge on my card statement for a nights worth of accomodation. No explanation, no warning, not even a courtesy welfare check or call. After I emailed to try and rectify this issue, I was advised that no refund could be issued as it had affected their sales and revenue. This was despite the fact they have plenty of sold out weekends to come and being a loyal Gold Accor member. Very disappointing service, especially for something that was a human error and a genuine error and oversight.

Ok but not super. Rooms are ok ..airco is in the room, but seems not to be working..not cooling down . When I was staying thete was no internet in the rooms, only in the main lobby. They didn't tell at check inn. So you reach ypur room and no internet..you have to call or go down. Would have been better if I've been told at check inn. And be honest about it: don't say " perhaps tonight" when you know it wont be working
