It wasn’t worth the money I spent. It was a nightmare — the sheets and blanket covers had blood stains and were extremely dirty. It smelled dusty, and it was very noisy. Run away

Hotel in downtown penang easy to access all attractive places ❤️ reasonable price will come back and stay there agian

I stayed at Island City Hotel Penang with my family, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—including allowing us to check in early, which was a huge help after our long journey. The room is spacious and clean, made us having a great rest. And Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made it easy to explore the city with kids.

The cleanliness is satisfactory.

Very good clean and new

we have stayed for two rooms in total. The first room is not good as it is not yet cleaned and the electricity is not available for the sockets what make us unable to charge the phones. However, the staff is nice and try hard to fix the problems and help us charge over the night. We changed to another room on the second day. The lift is quite funny though it is slow and small in capacity(max: 4 ppl)

Noisy! walls are thin and light, one can everyone t add talking/walking on the same floor.

The front desk no knowledge and not friendly I will not recommend to others or friends

Stayed 5 Days 4 Nights. (Oct 18, 2024 to Oct 21, 2024) The hotel is quite new. The owner is friendly. The rooms are clean. Towels are clean. Attached bath room. The area is super. Booked via Trip.com. Very Satisfied and Recommend this hotel.

Good hotel. Only no parking provided. Parking lot rm20-30 per night. Roadside (legal) also can but on yr own risk.

Very well located. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Willing to help and assist all the time. As for the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, you get what you pay for so no complaints for me.

The lift stucks 2times 😣 But all staffs are helpfull&nice👍
