After entering the hotel, the guide was very friendly and the instructions were very clear. The staff at the counter were very clear and easy to understand when introducing the facilities, which made people like us who are not good at English feel very accomplished. The room facilities are very new and clean, which makes us very satisfied. I will recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends, everyone wants to experience it. It was great and we will definitely come back.

Good stay here with ocean view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I love the smell of the place once u step it too. Tried the breakfast buffet which had a decent spread. As we self drove, there is a multistorey carpark linked to the hotel and is free!

The hotel is newly built, so the inferior design looks good and clean. The room size is reasonable and spacious, and that is also one of the reasons why we chose this hotel instead of those hotels in Naha. When we checked in, the staff also gave us child toothbrushes and handkerchief, and this is very good. Our room has seaview which is good and there is a local shopping mall just next to the hotel, 10 mins driving to parco city and I think around 15 mins to American village.

The hotel is amazing! Both i and my wife think that the room is big enough and clean with nice decoration and great sea view. Also the location is convenient too. We drive to hotel and the carpark is totally free of charge, that’s really excellent!! There is also a mega entertainment building and super big sports shop next to the hotel. The hotel is very relaxing, breakfast is good too where the restaurant is cozy. Definitely will visit again next times.

very nice hotel with nice view, good location. services at the hotel are nice and staff are polite. very comfortable and clean hotel for family trip and they have special treats for kids. for sure will visit the hotel again!

The room view towards the fireworks beach is blocked by a building… so disappointed

Breakfast is ok, room is clean, location is great.

On the day of checking out, we wanted to extend 5-10 mins as our baby pooped and we needed to change his diapers. But we were told to do a top up, which we thought they would have just given us some flexibilities.

Perfect location. Close to tropical beach. Also quite close to Chatan area where American Village and sea port are located. Breakfast had lots of variety. Salad bar was always fresh and refilled regularly. The only negative side is the music at breakfast. It was always playing at the same tone and not joyful to listen it every morning over and over. I respect local music and culture themes but such modern 5 Stars hotel must have a better fitting, various songs to play during breakfast time.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to and the scenery is perfect with a great sunset view . There is a round 1 arcade nearby which is open for 24 hours so that we can play anytime.

Very nice foods, services and location. Breakfast were excellent! Services were superb and kid-friendly. They have provided necessary items for kids so that we don’t need to bring along. Location was nice too. It’s next to Round One amusement centre, Hands shopping mall, 5 mins to Mega Donki, 10 mins to Parco City, 20 mins to Aeon Rycom, and 25 mins to Naha city centre. Nothing can complain.

Awesome hotel with good location, spacious room and free parking available. Staff was very helpful to arrange the room for our anniversary stay, with sea view with a corner angel. Truly satisfied during the 2 nites stay.
