Best for a quiet, scenic getaway with beautiful ocean views and spacious rooms. We appreciate the friendly staff, relaxing pools (including an infinity pool), and on-site dining options. Rooms are okay, because there is some minor cleanliness issues and some parts of the hotel feel a bit outdated. Overall, it’s a great spot for couples and families looking for a relaxing stay slightly away from Guam’s main tourist areas.

I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!

stay was amazing! i would recommend to anyone visiting Guam.

We stayed a night in a renovated standard room, then upgraded to a Laguna suite which is the same as 2018. We enjoyed both rooms but prefer the renovated start room. As for management and staff, they were excellent from the front desk, the Point and all the restaurant outlet staff. Manny, Alex, April, Jasmine, and Briana keep up the great service.

Overall, the place gives a rustic feel especially the room. It makes one feel that it needs some kind of renovation.

가족여행으로 여러호텔 고민하다가 이곳으로 2박을 신청했어요. 로비는 전날 간곳보다 고급졌고 나머지는 시설이 많이 낙후되었단 생각이 들었습니다.풀장에는 나뭇잎과 이물질들이 둥둥~치우는자는 아무도 없고 저희포함 두팀만이 놀고있던..다음부터 인피니티에서만 놀았어요. 부페는 정말 최악이었습니다. 한끼는 간편히 먹자하는마음에 예약했는데 투숙객이라 싸게 한다는것이 어른둘 아이하나 tax포함$68.75를 냈으나 먹을만한음식이 거의 없었다는..야채만 퍼다먹었네요. 아이도 본인이 먹을게 없다고..음료는 깔라만씨맛이나는 레모네이드와 아이스티 딱 두종류.. 아주 색다른 경험.. 새벽에 담배감지센서? 그게 울려대서 잠도 일찍깨고..알고보니 배터리가 없어서 그랬다나.. 그리고 차를 렌트해 주차장에 놨는데 야생 닭들인지 엄청 똥싸고돌아다니고.. 그냥 웃겨요...

メインのタモンエリアから離れているので、不便さはあるけど、景色は遮る建物がないので良い。 ホテルに古さを感じ、シャワーの水圧は弱い。 スタッフさんはみなさん親切。

酒店的無邊游泳池很不錯，基本沒有人相當於包場！如果租車的話也很方便離市中心10分鐘車程。酒店有點老但是洗澡的熱水非常熱，點贊👍

위치가 좀 떨어져 있지만 너무 조용하고 좋운 호텔입니다. 모든객실이 오션뷰였고 투몬에 있는 유명한 호텔들보다 조용히 쉬고 놀기 좋았습이다. 시설이 좀 노후되긴했지만 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 풀바에 음식과 칵테일도 싸고 맛있고 좋았어요 무엇보다 직원들도 친절하고 수영장도 깨끗했어요

房間很乾凈，空調很足

お部屋がとても綺麗で、良かったです。また、スタッフの方もみんな優しく楽しい滞在になりました！

如果你是去度假，就不要選擇這家酒店。前台服務人員還是很熱情的，但是酒店設施確實很陳舊。最不能忍受的是房間打開就有很濃的黴味，我們不得不整晚開着連接陽台的門睡覺。但即便是這樣，黴味也沒有減輕。浴室的水池也是壞的，也請了工作人員維修。我們是飛機取消所以臨時訂的這個酒店，將就着住了一晚，但如果是特地過來度假的話，千萬別選。

これが5つ星ホテル？というくらい疑問の残るクオリティ。日本のリーガロイヤルはとてもいいけどその感覚でここ泊まるとがっかりします。プールはとても綺麗だけど部屋は普通の広さ(2つ星ホテル泊まったときと同じくらいの広さと清潔さ)コロナ明けで人手不足？なのかトイレは所々壊れてたり、部屋は掃除されてなく、頼むと超適当な掃除。いいホテルと思って予約しただけにがっかりなことが多かった。
