The room is clean and new. The shower is separated from the toilet. The breakfast area is spacious with many options.

Room is full of facilities Many electric socket to use. They also have many usb socket everywhere. Maybe also some ups backup socket. Working desk size is large enough. Big TV screen probably 60 inch. Mini bar is free. They provide water boiler. Smart toilet available. Automatic curtain. Quiet enviroment. I stay in 17 floor They also provide earplug Room and towels are clean. Well maintained.

Very nice and modern. Service standard is impeccable. All of the staff at the Front Desk were extremely helpful especially in assisting with transportation as I had to travel to Foshan. Staff were all very well groomed and really well mannered and professional. The room has all the modern amenities especially with electronic curtain closer which will close automatically with a touch of a button. Very generous with amenities especially the free flow minibar. I do like to separate standing shower and toilet. The little robots was a nice touch when delivering items to the room. Breakfast was nice but more items catering to locals instead of foreigners and choice a little limited. I could hear the shower from above my room as the guest above my room showered for 30 minutes with the water running continuously at 1am which woke me up and I couldn’t get back to sleep until the person finished showering. Also, could hear the noises from outside my room so room was not entirely noise preventive. There was no iron and ironing board in the room and need to travel to another floor to do ironing in a laundry room. Not to my liking. Hotel is worth a visit but be prepared for a long walk to the shopping malls and mrt station. But once you reach, there’s an IKEA in one of the malls with a few malls to shop around. No big brands just normal ones and local ones.

I had a very good experience in overall. This hotel is yet to become an Accor member so I couldn’t use my Accor membership here. Special requests were well and promptly considered & accepted by the hotel. There’s free parking on premise however if taking public transport there’s bit of walk. To me, the gym facility could be further improved with more regular maintenance - one of the treadmill I used didn’t stop right after I accidentally fell off. This could impose a safety issue. Also, if hotel staff could fill up the empty towel, water bottles and clean the equipment that’d be awesome. In overall, I’d like to revisit this hotel next time.

Extremely modern located in a mixed use complex with office buildings in a rapidly developing area of Guangzhou. Check in was fast and appreciate the espresso machine and complimentary wine in the lobby. The rooms were state of the art, love the washlet, and showers. Everything was excellent, I would highly recommend it.
