Overall is good. Will go back again. Other than breakfast, the hotel also serve supper. Hotel location is good, nearby all the street foods and massage centre called 足足有愉 very good massage skill and serve you buffet also

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially 波比.
The location offers easy access to the railway station.
A big thank you to the cleaning team for daily room cleaning.
Washing machine and dryer are also available for use.

Hotel is worth the price..service is excellent with fast response from the hotel staff..mineral water u can take yourself, this is very convenient and save cost..location consider ok, metro station is walking distance..with this price, is worth the money

Hotel is rather new and room conditions are as per the photos online. Free coffee machine, beverages like plum drink, lemon water, biscuits at the lobby all day are great perks for guests. Hotel also provide light supper like porridge and dessert.
Washer/dryer available too and room is installed with smart technology (think google home but local brand).
Breakfast variety was good. Other than cooked /cold dishes, there’s a counter where they serve egg, noodle/bee hoon soup, wanton soup as well.

The hotel had a stylish design, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a somewhat pleasant stay.
However, there were several issues that detracted from the experience. Despite booking for three adults, the room was only set up for two, and we had to request extra amenities. The toiletries, such as the shower gel, were half empty, and we even had to ask for more toilet paper. There was no full-body mirror, and the bathroom was quite small. One of the biggest disappointments was that the coffee machine in the entrance hall was not working for the entire stay, which was frustrating for those who rely on their morning coffee.
The breakfast, despite having an in-house chef, was insufficient, with items not being replenished. Fortunately, the hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of nearby food options, so it's best to skip the hotel's breakfast.
Additionally, the "city view" promised during booking was misleading—it was actually just a view of the old houses behind the hotel. While the hotel is located in a nice courtyard, the staff's attitude was another downside. They were unfriendly and unhelpful whenever we asked for assistance, which affected the overall experience.

I love this hotel. From location, service, amenities and comfort.
However, if I have to nitpick, there are too many Yi Zhi Hotels and there were occasions when Didi drivers couldn't locate this new hotel.
Hotel provides power points at each side of the 2 beds respectively, but only one side comes with USB port. The side that doesn't come with USB port is where the alarm clock/小度 is located. To use 小度, it needs to be plugged in. That leaves us with no power point. Hence, we unplugged 小度 throughout our stay. Hotel should consider installing a dedicated power point for 小度 and leave at least one point for guests.
The hotel is located near 西华路 that offers many food choices but please do yourself a favor and skip the 家和restaurant which is just outside the hotel. Food and service are very terrible. Hotel also provide free laundry facilities which is awesome.
Having said that, as long as the price remains competitive, I'd pick this hotel again if I ever visit Guangzhou again next time.

First and foremost the staff at the front counter is super helpful on our enquiries and they are always willing to help us. No matter day time or night time 3 of the front desk 2 girls and 1 boy. I would like rate their service 5 stars. The hotel is clean and provides washing machine and dryer which I love most !!
