I called the hotel a few days before check-in to confirm my reservation. The customer service representative assured me that they could see my booking. However, when I arrived for check-in, the staff claimed they couldn't find my reservation despite my providing the booking number from Trip.com and my passport name. After 30 minutes, they finally said they found it.
The room assignment was chaotic; I had booked a single bed but was given a room with two beds. Upon entering the room, I noticed that most room doors were wide open at 90 degrees, indicating very low security awareness in the hotel. Additionally, I found watermarks on the bathroom floor.
Most shockingly, there was a CCTV camera pointed directly at the head of the bed. If someone didn't notice it, they would be recorded without their consent. I'm unsure how many other hidden cameras might be in the hotel rooms, so I suggest everyone think carefully before choosing to stay here.

安排房間很亂,訂了單床房卻給了 2張床的房。
上到房間,大部分房間門都90度大開,保安意識甚低的一間酒店。
入到房間後,竟見到浴室地板竟有腳板水印。
最估不到是 最最最恐怖的竟然是,房間內有個 CCTV對住床頭,如沒有留意到既人一定會被錄光光。
我不知道酒店房間還有多少CCTV未被發現,建議大家考慮一下才考慮入住。
