Absolutely the WORST hotel experience of my life-avoid this place at all costs! First of all, the location is a complete nightmare. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere, surrounded on all sides by noisy construction zones. Forget about peace and quiet-the relentless clanging, drilling, and shouting starts at sunrise and doesn’t stop until late at night. You’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a construction site, because you basically are. But the real disaster was the air conditioning. It NEVER worked, not for a single minute of my stay. The room was stuffy, hot, and unbearable. When I complained, the staff member Jack flat-out lied to my face, saying it was fixed. Spoiler alert: it was NOT fixed, and he didn’t even bother to offer any real help or alternative. I spent my entire stay sweating and miserable while the staff did absolutely nothing. As a Diamond member, I’m supposed to be eligible for upgrades and special treatment. Here? They couldn’t care less. I was completely ignored, and my loyalty status meant nothing to them. Honestly, that was just the cherry on top of their total incompetence and lack of basic hospitality. This hotel is a disaster from start to finish. If you value your comfort, your sanity, or even just a good night’s sleep-DO NOT stay here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Apesar da localização distante de locais para ir a pé, havia pequeno comércio dentro do complexo! Hotel recém inaugurado, tudo novo.

酒店配置齊，智能設備多，挺方便的，洗衣房健身房早餐廳都在6樓 非常方便。前台Siv小姐姐服務熱情細節周到，房間是幫忙升級了的，升級後的房間面積很大，床墊很舒服，睡眠質量很好。早餐是自助的，自己想吃什麼就拿什麼😋，裏面飲品種類挺多的，豆漿牛奶咖啡酸奶各種果汁，隨便選，挺滿意的！
