An exceptional stay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth of the reception and the immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast is fresh, varied, and truly enjoyable each morning. What truly sets this place apart is the staff — incredibly kind, respectful, and always willing to help. Although their English is limited, their genuine effort and creative ways to communicate make every interaction smooth and heartwarming.
The room was exactly what I hoped for — and even better. Spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom that exceeded my expectations.
A special thank you to the hotel manager — we met personally, and I was truly impressed by his professionalism, humility, and respectful attitude.
I’m still staying here and already feel at home. Without a doubt, this hotel has earned a permanent place as my top choice in Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

The hotel was nice, new, and very comfortable. We were both very pleased and would stay there again. As it’s new the kitchen is still not finished and there was no refrigerator in our bedroom. There was a great little coffee machine in the hotel lobby which makes expresso coffee etc. The gym was good and there’s also a laundry room free of charge with new washing machines and dryers too.. very handy 👍🏻

前台服務到位，看我們年級不小啦，主動給我們調到安靜的房間，耐心細緻。房間窗户面對小區，飯後小區裏散步很安靜。酒店離馬務食品街比較近，吃飯超市都有，吃飯購物方便。我們早晨火車比較早，前台早晨準備好早餐。很温暖。滿意滿意滿意滿意滿意滿意滿意滿意

疲房間內的佈置簡直是匠心獨運，床榻柔軟得像是雲朵的懷抱，每一個細節都彰顯着對客人的極致關懷。設施齊全且嶄新，使用起來非常方便，免費咖啡 前台小姐姐很好很熱情

2日早上10點30分左右到的酒店，酒店位置離市中心有些偏，但五一勝在價格實惠，本來打算住在北京路附近的，但北京路附近價格有些貴。對比後就選在這裏，出行基本上是靠打車，到越秀公園附近20元左右，這家酒店出門往右走，有超市，有菜場，麥當勞，晚上有路邊攤，燒烤等，也有一些店鋪，但不多。
前台工作人員很熱情，但我説一下我居住三天的情況，房間蠻新的，面積也蠻大，早餐也不錯，用了會員權益，提前入住，延遲退房不錯，酒店大堂的有自助咖啡機，不錯
2日下午從陳家祠和西華路回來後，我媽已經洗澡了，但熱水温度不高，熱水按到最大相比冷水的水量還要小，後來洗到一半我讓其出來了，我致電前台，前台上門查看後證實情況並致歉表示讓工程師上門查看，後來了兩位工程師，弄了有20分鐘左右後來才弄好。
3號出門在去景點的路上才想起來我沒聯繫前台，幫忙打掃一下房間，後來我想到用攜程聯繫了酒店網上人員，幫忙打掃一下房間，酒店馬上給我回復好的!感謝!
5月4日早上5點多酒店wifi壞掉了【你們家是我旅遊到現在，第一次碰到酒店wifi壞了的😂]我後來7點左右致電前台，前台表示讓我連DC，我連了DC沒連上，我就下樓去前台，帶了2個手機前往，也沒連上，我後來就去餐廳吃早飯了，吃完路過問了前台，是不是wifi壞了，前台説是的，在搶修，後來大概9點前恢復的!
早餐發的是早餐券，因為連住了幾天，好幾次到了餐廳，才想起來沒拿，又跑回房間拿，而且早餐券是今天發第二天的，然後到第二天問前台要第三天的!這個不能改成報房間號麼?
總體來説，廣州住的這三天，整體不錯，該酒店性價比算蠻高，能用會員權益，也能用攜程積分抵房費，五一節假日的價格經濟實惠!

缺點：
1.地理位置太偏，附近沒什麼好逛，出入也需靠打車，不近地鐵站

餐廳正常10:30閉餐、因為前一天很晚到早上快11點了才到餐廳、本以為已經沒有餐了、結果餐廳有一人都不閉餐、還非常耐心關心有沒有吃好、真的非常感動、房間多少有點味道、服務員會提前把房卡插上開窗通風、前台看見有寶寶還給份小禮品、這個酒店的細節、絕了、好想認識一下店長、把人挖走..！

第一次住東呈系統的酒店。因為華晨宇在佛山開演唱會，把火星快閃店先設在了廣州的百信廣場，我確實挑酒店挑了好一陣子。原本看上這個酒店的接送機服務，卻在到達時被友善的小哥以及笑臉迎人的櫃枱也徹底感動了。行李是小哥一路從車道扛進酒店的，櫃枱的善意，更令人覺得賓至如歸。（考慮到隔天的行程需要延遲退房 ） 。進房之後櫃枱會來電詢問房間有沒有什麼問題需要幫助，早餐有現煮的熱乎乎的麪條（不是燙熟了再回鍋的）。櫃枱更有方便的小物，讓客户可以依需選擇。房間的面積足夠大 因為我匆匆來匆匆走，沒能好好拍照。 下次來廣州這肯定會是我選擇的酒店。
