The hotel was nice, new, and very comfortable. We were both very pleased and would stay there again. As it’s new the kitchen is still not finished and there was no refrigerator in our bedroom. There was a great little coffee machine in the hotel lobby which makes expresso coffee etc. The gym was good and there’s also a laundry room free of charge with new washing machines and dryers too.. very handy 👍🏻

第一次來住怡程，給了一個安靜的高樓層房間，然後整體房型也非常合適，感覺比全季住着更舒服一些，全屋也是小度控制的，非常智能。前台的小玲接待非常專業，各種要求都迅速滿足了，總體來説很推薦。

門口就有停車位非常方便，而且從進門開始就感覺到舒適，環境分給到5分！服務非常貼心一級棒，毛巾也是消過毒的，可以放心大膽用店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服兩個人這個價格真的很划算，還是得提前在網上做好功課，這樣到店直接消費，既方便又划算～

總體來説十分不錯，性價比高。（房卡木質貼板就可以看出很有小細節，品位）
1、酒店地理位置好，容易叫車，附近也有商區逛，也有大排檔吃，我住的房間晚上也安安靜靜不會吵。（有洗衣服，健身房，雖然我用不上）
2、房間的設計很好，整體看起來很乾凈舒適，還有小度小度語音控制窗簾、燈光，空調開關，半夜去衞生間有自動感應地板燈，衞生間和淋雨區隔斷分離，智能馬桶，花灑水大舒服。
3、最舒服的是可以14：00退房。
4、服務人員禮貌熱情，每次我進出都問好，搞得怪不好意思的。
有一點無可厚非的點就是我那天住的時候，早上還是有裝修聲音（幸好我帶了耳塞都不是問題，以後裝修完後也不是個大問題），總的來説還是很滿意。

這次的入住體驗太棒了！從前台辦理入住時，工作人員熱情周到，快速又貼心地幫忙安排好了一切 ，好感度直接拉滿。房間佈置得温馨又雅緻，打掃得一塵不染，床品舒適，晚上直接秒睡。酒店健身房器材很新，種類也多，滿足了我日常鍛鍊的需求。

房間寬敞明亮，窗外就是一個學校，環境優雅，房間還有小度，很方便，直接呼小度小度就可以幫你完成，比如開窗簾關窗簾、開燈關燈。很智能，這個價位很值得。
