Overall, I had a great experience. Really friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping did a lovely job and was pretty welcoming. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Cheers :)

The hotekbstaff was very friendly. No english speaking staff can communicate with my translation app. No issues with thr front reception staff
The room was relatively clean, but the hallway carpet was very dirry and stained. Their staff was always doing some sort of pluming to the toilets and showers in different rooms every day, and the dirty water always went on the carpets. The cleaning staff had their cleaning karts stored in a corner that was not attractive when I went to my room every day. The bedroom has a musty smell if the AC was not on and explained why the cleaning staff always opened the window of my room each day

It was a comfortable room with nice employees at the reception. The language barrier wasn’t a problem. The location of the hotel is okay, the Metro Station is reachable by foot in 10-15 min.

Room - clean, however walkway carpets not so clean, can be better
Staff - efficient and helpful
Breakfast buffet - simple and good
Location - bus 408, 2 mins fm hotel, 4 stops to metro station in front of Oriental Plaza, walk wl take 15mins
Food - plenty, and many choices, good and delicious, reasonable price
Overall surrounding very local environment, where you can blend in with the locals

The hotel was amazing!
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big enough to put the luggage and other belongings. The bathroom is very clean with towels provided. The bedsheets are very clean and the mattress is comfortable to sleep in.The breakfast is very tasty with seafood provided.
The front desk even helped us to find good places to eat and shop nearby with also upgrading our room for free.
If you come to Guangzhou and want to stay in a decent, clean, yet affordable hotel, this hotel is for you:)

Great hotel. Great service. Amazing breakfast. The staff are very kind and professional. Will stay here again. Hotel rooms are very clean with new sheets. Comfortable.

The hotel service is good and the front desk lady upgraded me to a bigger room. The room is spacious and clean . Although the hotel is not very near the metro but I think the hotel price is still worth to take the taxi , much cheaper than other hotels. It provides free laundry
