Paco Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Metro Station)

Very good location with 1 min walk to Beijing Road. Nearbt to lots of eateries and shopping mall. The receptionists are very politeknik and assisted us with getting a airport taxi. Even though they cannot speak English, they use the translations apps to communicate.

I checked in at the hotel around 6 PM, but was told by the staff that the room was not ready yet and I would need to wait for about 40 minutes. After some discussion, during which I expressed my dissatisfaction, another staff member suddenly walked over and handed me the room key, saying, “Here’s your room.” The manner in which this was handled felt dismissive and left me with a negative impression. The hotel has only two floors and one elevator, but the wait time for the elevator was minimal. The breakfast area is quite small with limited seating. The food selection was modest, and if you go around 9:30 AM, many items are already gone and not replenished. On the positive side, the hotel is well-located, with a 7-Eleven and a large shopping mall nearby. The room itself was clean and well-equipped. Each guest was provided with two pillows, and the bed was comfortable.

Good location, hotel is clean, free afternoon tea/fruit/pastry on 2nd floor. Hotel staff was very supportive, they have the translator in case you cannot speak Chinese

Hotel Receptionist was very friendly and the service was top notch. Very helpful and goes the extra mile.

Terrible living conditions. Do not believe the online reviews. We booked four rooms and all of them had black mold growing in the shower. The rooms had terrible ventilation and was very stuffy and smelled of mildew and cheap perfume that they used to try to mask the smell. We immediately checked out right after checking in and went to a different hotel. Management refused to provide compensation or refund and disregarded the fact that my dad has a respiratory issue and could not live in such conditions. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel and 5 stars services they offered . The staff no 17 is a real asset to thus hotel becos she is well mannered n gentle to guest consideration n i will definitely come back to stay and will recommend for friends too .
