It is a very simple local hotel. Being mandarin speaking, I definitely love the place. It also provides a good spread of breakfast, tea time and supper. Breakfast was good with a mix of buffet and also live station. There were 2 self-service washing machine with dry function. Queue to use the machine can sometimes be long. However the staff will help you to put it in the wash or pick up for you if the queue is too long. The service quality is superb. I did ask the staff about the safe deposit box in the room which I did not get it to work. They reply is that you need to manually tell them to so that they can setup for you. The room "TV" which is a projector shows all chinese shows. However there is an option to pair it with wifi. The room itself has a bluetooth system which you can pair and play your music to the room speakers. Even though I do not have a china number, I have managed to communicate to the staff through Wechat app and also calling them using the the trip.com internet call function. The only small issue which I may not like is that the people were smoking near the lift area and the smell could spread to the common area as well.
So far I hear any staff trying to speak english, but if the traveller were not mandarin speaking, I would suggest to use an app like apple translate or other similar app so that they can try to communicate with each other. At the end of the trip I was asked to mention 小慧 (xiaohui) to advertise her name at the hotel. My opinion is that all the staffs worked as a team including the chef and also the cleaning lady. There were very nice to serve the guests.

Room has a very heavy smoke smell despite being a non smoking room. Situation worsened since it is windowless.

Stayed at this hotel again. Very convenient location and there are free laundry service where the staff will help you to do laundry. Reception available even at midnight and the staff are very friendly as well. Will be back here again!

I recently booked three rooms at this hotel for a week-long stay, and I can confidently say that it exceeded our expectations. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the location was one of the highlights. The hotel is conveniently situated near numerous shopping malls and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.
Transportation is also incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transit right below the hotel, which made getting around a breeze.
A special mention to Mr. Yang at the reception – he was always friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions we had. His excellent service made our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a big difference. The location is also a major plus—convenient and close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall, I felt well taken care of. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
