I recently booked three rooms at this hotel for a week-long stay, and I can confidently say that it exceeded our expectations. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the location was one of the highlights. The hotel is conveniently situated near numerous shopping malls and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Transportation is also incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transit right below the hotel, which made getting around a breeze. A special mention to Mr. Yang at the reception – he was always friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions we had. His excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

This is my 2nd time stay at this convenient located hote l in the Tian He district, close to Guangzhou East station to Hong Kong l. Ideal for business travellers or for family leisure. In walking distance of the HSBC ATM, all shops and restaurants. The hotel has good facilities and a decent breakfast and a free offer for midnight snack

Location is perfect but difficult to find entrance, recommend to have any sign to show where hotel is.I walk around tower to find entrance. staff is very helpful, you can ask them to help you. The room is clean. Breakfast is the same every day. Fridge in the room is broke ask staff they said can't change it, no spare.

The hotel location is next to a few popular shopping mall and is only a few minutes walk which is very convenience.

Beautiful place and very unique design lobby My room without windows and the smoke smiling very bad in my room I changed my hotel and the manager very helpful refund the last night money

It was a bit difficult to find the place, as it is located on the 5th floor of the building block and no dedicated lobby with clear signage is available, so I suggest to the hotel to make it very clear on where the entrance is. The entrance is from the back of the building rather than front via shared lobby. My room was always cleaned very well, shower pressure was excellent, air conditioning was working perfect, location is superb. Cant complain, it was worth the money I paid.

So the good is location, like just around the corner you have the metro and shops for food and shopping. Great coffee downstairs and across the road is all the shopping you need. The negative is the way the room is laid out like the toilets and shower are completely see through which I was not impressed with. The service by the staff however is second to none. The girls at the front desk were one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Good things - Close to metro - Room super clean - Good amenities - Helpful staffs - Free night instant noodles and congee Bad things - Warning : Smoking areas is at public front desk where guest wait for the elevator. It’s indoor and it’s next to the lobby+dinning areas, makes the hotel always smell terrible. Worst experience. - Quite far from shopping areas (10+++ minutes walks) - Hotel dont have their own building, it’s located at 5th floor of some apartments building with no sign at all. - Not recommended for foreigners who cannot speak Chinese, they dont have essential things for travelers like name cards for taxi, english hotel rules. Etc. - Smelly drain in the bathroom - Noisy water pump sound from next room is so loud, better prepare ear plugs. Especially if you’re not a morning person.

Great for business traveling right in the heart of the city. Great items on hand and the staff lady Xiaoli was lovely checking in and was very helpful with local knowledge. Would stay again and recommend ✌️

Strongly recommend this hotel. The location is the center of city just beside the mall 太古汇. MRT 石牌桥station just downstairs you can easily to go everywhere . I am stayed over this hotel over 20 times more already. All the staff very friendly n they have provided breakfast n supper also.👍👍👍👍
