If you want to find a convenient and 5 star hotel in Guangzhou, Kempinski Residence Guangzhou is one of the best choice.
We come to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary this time, and hotel made a best arrangement to us, upgrade our room to a suite and prepare room amenities for us.
We are very appreciate their service and hospitality.
If we come back to Guangzhou, will stay here again.

The overall experience is great and the service is excellent. The reception went out of her way to help us with a phone we accidentally left in the car that fetches us from airport.
The room is spacious and very well equipped. However, maintenance is slightly lacking and it may be an issue 1-2 years down the road if it continues this way. While the rest of the facilities are of good quality and very well functioning.
Probably the only downside is the hotel surrounding isn’t so nice at this moment. That should hopefully change in a few years time when all construction are completed.

I recently spent two weeks at the Kempinski Residence Guangzhou, and it was an outstanding experience. My suite was spacious, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable extended stay, from a cozy bed to a well-equipped kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the reliable Wi-Fi made working from my room easy and convenient.
The staff truly made my stay special, consistently going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From helpful recommendations to seamless assistance with transportation, the front desk and concierge were always attentive and friendly.
The dining options were excellent; breakfast offered a delicious variety with fresh and diverse options each day. I especially enjoyed [mention a specific dish or drink, if applicable], which was a highlight of my mornings.
The location is perfect for both business and leisure, with easy access to major landmarks, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it easy to explore Guangzhou. We stayed in a fantastic 2-bedroom suite at Kempinski Residences Guangzhou, and it was perfect for our family, including our toddler. The suite was beautifully decorated, spacious, and provided a very comfortable stay.
The service staff were attentive and responsive, ensuring that everything we needed was promptly taken care of, which made our experience even more pleasant. The central location is convenient, though it would be even better if there were more shopping malls nearby, so we wouldn't have to travel far for entertainment or dining.
One suggestion would be to add some child-friendly amenities—play areas or simple kid-focused facilities would make this an ideal place for families with young children.
Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely consider returning!
