Location near railway station but out of city attractions. Convenience store nearby & a cafe at the ground level. Lobby offers free flow water, coffee 24/7. Love the robot food delivery direct to room.

We had really amazing 4 nights stay in the hotel. The staff were really friendly and they were all very accommodating. Breakfast was great.

had a really good stay here! the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is great—especially if you're in guangzhou for a holiday. it's pretty close to shopping areas and other attractions, which made getting around super convenient. i used Didi for the whole trip since it's really cheap, so I’m not too sure how far the metro is. but transport definitely wasn’t a problem. one thing I really appreciated was how friendly and thoughtful the housekeeper was. we didn’t go for daily housekeeping, but every time she saw me in the hallway, she’d check in to make sure we didn’t need anything and always offered extra amenities. it was really sweet of her! breakfast was alright—nothing fancy, but decent enough. would’ve been nice if they switched things up a bit every couple of days.
overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend staying here! (will definitely be booking this hotel again when i visit gz again at the end of the year!)

Customer service was horrible! There were about 6 receptionists standing and talking to each other. After one receptionist finished, I stood in front of him and he didn't acknowledge me, then he went on his phone. At this point, there were only myself and another customer in line. Despite the language barrier, they were not helpful!
The hotel's location is good close to the railway station and Canton Tower.
The hallway of the hotel was a little smelly it wasn't horrible it just needed a good deep clean. My room smelt like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
Overall, the interior was ok. Breakfast was average more on the Chinese style.

Truly a lovely stay! The hotel is perfectly located: centrally but still in a calm area. The facilities are modern and cleanliness was faultless. Check in and checkout were seamless and I was impressed by the breakfast options but my favorite thing about my stay was the rooms smart assistant. Would definitely book again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tianhe Sports centre Mercure hotels. Great amenities, the voice control feature was an unexpected plus. The lovely people at the check in were so knowledge and helpful. I was given an upgrade on arrival and the robot deliveries was a plus. Location was super convenient with multiple shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. Would debugging l definitely stay here again!
