Affordable accommodation, but with many hidden costs, such as a hefty tourist tax and additional charges for locker rentals (suitcases aren't allowed upstairs) for lockers that don't work properly and suddenly pop open. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The location is superb.

All dutch people are so kind especially the staff of this hotel!! You can go there from DenHaag central station on foot and there are a super market and a coin laundry near there. The bed room is dormitory style but we had decent sleep because every one is quiet. cd

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic—it was so easy to get around and explore the city. The best part, though, was the peaceful atmosphere. I slept incredibly well, which is always the most important thing for me when I travel. The staff was also top-notch, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

有的膠囊裏廁所很近，晚上就有點吵，會有人洗澡和上廁所的聲音。 床墊很好很舒服，沒有插頭，衹有一個usb插口。總體公共區域環境很好，有很多座位和靠墊沙發。

This is a great property, it feels more like a hotel than a hostel. The pods are very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The bathrooms are excellent, towels are plentiful and there is very cheap and safe luggage storage for all sizes of bags. My only recommendation would be to put a type C charger in each pod to accommodate newer phone handsets. Thanks for a great stay.

Geweldige sfeer, en het hotelpersoneel is ontzettend vriendelijk en hartelijk. Fantastisch interieur, uitstekende locatie en perfect schoon. Een speciale dank aan Magi voor het onderhouden van de perfecte orde en netheid: de bedden waren prachtig opgemaakt, de badkamers schoon en heerlijk fris. Haar warme en gastvrije houding naar de gasten is echt bijzonder. Dank jullie wel voor een geweldig verblijf op zo’n fantastische plek. Ik beveel het van harte aan — en ik kom zeker terug!
