ELong Hotel (HaiKou International Trade Center Store) recensioner

Nice room and facilities, shown in the pictures. What makes me feel comfortable and helpful is the professional work services and hospitality of the hotel staffs, Xiao Chen, A Yu, and Xiao Yu, from the time I stepped in hotel until my leaving. They helped with taxi paying bill and comments, recommended food and restaurants, printed and scanned work docs free, following calls check further needs, such as more bottles of driving water …… everything….. Appreciation!

Enjoyed my stay there. Room was cosy and comfortable. Simple and tasty breakfast.

Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful when we seek help to request them to book cars from hotel to places of interest with their mobile phones. Housekeeping staff returned to room to make attempt to clean up the room in-spite of completed her round on the level that we were staying. Breakfast spread is acceptable and good. Hotel is within walking distance to food eateries shop/restaurant (is convenient). Overall, it is a nice place to stay for holiday or business trip.

The hotel is located in the city center, very convenient. The staff is very nice. It is near shopping areas and there are many food options. The room and bathroom are modern. The only thing missing is that there is no bidet. But if I give it a full ten points, the hotel has a washing machine, dryer, and steam iron for free. The breakfast is good.

Booked this hotel again for a night after returning from Sanya. Got a kind upgrade too. Everything is pretty much on point in service, cleanliness and amenities. A gem in Haikou!

Good location and friendly staffs. Had some issue booking didi to the airport during the last day and the staff helped us with it.

The hotel is quite convenient with lots of eateries in the area, the room is very clean and bed is comfy as most hotels bed are hard but not this, aircon also cold where you can adjust to your liking. Breakfast is above average.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean. There were washing machines and detergent for guests to use as well. Would definitely stay here again if I visit.

這次旅行能這麼舒心，全靠酒店的貼心服務！[耶][耶]前台辦理入住的速度超快，還主動幫我們升級房型，好感度直接拉滿！[跳跳][跳跳][跳跳]房間乾淨又温馨，床品軟乎乎的，一夜好眠。早餐的種類也很豐富，中西餐都有，當地特色小吃也沒落下，超對我胃口。[嘿哈][嘿哈]酒店位置絕佳，周邊美食、景點一應俱全，出行很方便。住過這麼多酒店，這家藝龍酒店絕對值得推薦 ！下次來這邊還選這兒！[讓我看看][讓我看看]

裝修風格簡約又不失格調，尤其是窗外的景色特別加分。床品乾淨得沒有一點異味，床墊軟硬適中，睡了一晚渾身都放鬆了。衞生間不僅打掃得一塵不染，連吹風機、潤膚露這些小物件都準備得很齊全，細節處見用心。早餐是驚喜亮點，現做的湯粉和煎蛋火候剛好，還有新鮮的水果和烘焙點心，種類不算花哨但每樣都很實在。地理位置也很方便，周邊小吃店、便利店一應俱全。 退房時前台還送了小份伴手禮，這份心意太暖了。下次來海南的話，肯定還住這兒！[耶][耶]
