One of the best wellness treatments I had, my therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. Foods are so good and tasty, simply amazing with beautiful views and great ambience. Beautiful resort and beach, definitely the best resort in Koh Samui. I can’t wait to go back."

"Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future."

"Best experience at this hotel. The spa was amazing. The two therapist which we used were Apple and smile. Both were absolutely wonderful and helped with my tendinitis in my arm. The staff and the manager Porsche did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. I must say the breakfast is the best, the croissants and pastries Were just like ones in Paris highly recommend. "

"Highly recommend this hotel ! We checked in late and the lady who assisted us was well spoken and professional. The villa is spacious and luxurious, the view is the absolute best. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect , it’s secluded and peaceful. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, highly recommend any of the fresh fruit juices. The Thai restaurant is delicious and the spa is fantastic. My husband and are already wanting to come back for our one year anniversary. Everything at the hotel is top notch and exceptional."

"The general experience was great, beautiful facilities, great service, but this hotel is more for families with older children because they don’t have a children playroom. Other than that, overall we had an excellent time there though."

"The hotel is amazing, especially the service! Every detail demonstrates how much the staff cares about the guest experience. The hotel even provides an app that allows guests to communicate with staff for various services, such as spa and restaurant bookings, as well as information about hotel amenities. While being close to nature does mean there are some mosquitoes and insects, the hotel thoughtfully provides guests with items like mosquito repellent, coils, and cream for bites. Although the restaurant selection is limited, it’s more than sufficient. Dining on the rock offers an incredible view at the edge of the hill, overlooking the ocean and nearby islands. The other restaurant, Dining on the Hill, has a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by grass and a pond. I will definitely recommend Six Senses Koh Samui!"

"Jag blev lite besviken när jag kom till hotellet först, eftersom hotellet är för litet och man kan i princip nå restaurang och spa med några steg. Det finns ingen utsikt från rummet och inget solljus. Jag gick till stranden för en promenad på kvällen och fann att jag kunde gå direkt till den motsatta stranden. Hela intrycket förändrades drastiskt nästa dag. Förhållandet mellan stranden, poolen och restaurangen var mycket bra. Barnen kunde leka med sand och vatten på stranden, pappa kunde sola bekvämt. En mycket rimlig semesterupplevelse. Det viktiga är att andra kostnader som mat också är väldigt rimliga! Jag kommer att välja här igen nästa gång jag kommer!"

"We had an amazing stay here, the room was stunning and had everything we needed and more. We had a pool room, which was priceless, definitely worth the upgrade. Breakfast was in a beautiful beach location, with a massive selection of well presented, delicious food. The staff were all lovely, and always on hand if needed. The hotel is a minutes walk away from the old fisherman’s village entrance, which takes you in a loop around the fisherman’s village, which is a walk only area full of amazing bars and restaurants. Very stylish, safe, and fun. Would highly recommend El Gauche steak house, it’s pricey but absolutely amazing food and service."

"Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Firstly the staff. All staff members are welcoming and friendly, but I want to express my appreciation to Paul and Gift. Paul is an amazing Muay Thai coach and helped as a lot and Gift is just amazing. Hotel Manager is awesome too. The room- Nice and big with a fantastic view of the ocean, really nice welcome birthday gifts of cake and wine and they were really yummy. The breakfast- really delicious made to order from a menu and also a buffet spread. Although the made to order is yummy it would be nice if they had daily specials as the menu doesn’t change. The pool and beach are amazing. I enjoyed it , especially the swim up bar. Location- love it. Really central but away from the noise. Everyone must stay here."

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or the concierge, everyone went above and beyond with a smile. Even small requests were handled quickly and with care. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We enjoyed every meal at the on-site restaurant, which offered a mix of local specialties and international favorites. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every palate. The hotel offers everything you need to relax and enjoy. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful, the spa is serene and expertly run, and the lounge spaces are inviting and stylish. Fast Wi-Fi, great fitness facilities, and excellent room service rounded out the experience. The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui is the kind of place to remember long after you've checked out.
